I LOVE Nexgen. Simple as what. Will and Clint are my go to trainers depending on my schedule. They are amazing at making me feel not only comfortable but CONFIDENT. I’ve done so many things I never thought I could do before. On occasion I have to bring my kiddo with me and they are totally ok with it as long as they sit nicely somewhere where I’m not actively working out (for safety reasons). They are able to adjust my workouts based on my ability and can shift on the fly if my body just can’t keep up (which happens when I haven’t eaten enough before hand- totally on me). They not only walk me through (with examples) a kick a$$ workout, they talk with me and make sure my heads in a good space - or sometimes just have fun banter depending on what’s going on. I have hit my first MAJOR goal since the 5 months I’ve started coming to them. (2) 10k’s in the books, a lot more muscles that actually work lol, and last but not least down 3-4 sizes. I will definitely keep seeing my friends here as long as I’m allowed to. I truly miss them when I can’t make it in lol.

I wish I could give 10 stars to NexGen Fitness in Flower Mound. The trainers are there to HELP you, not judge you and they want you to succeed. When I first started going to NexGen, I would sit in my car dreading the workout because I had not worked out in so long and I knew it would be a challenge. Now with being there for over a year and half, I look forward to my workouts and find that I am a bit grumpy when I don't get my workouts in. The workouts are built to you and made to push you in a good way. I have seen great results and am so glad that we found NexGen!! Thank you Clint and Will!!! You are changing my life for the good.

I’ve been working out here for a year. All of the trainers are great! Shalom always build workout programs that really push me each time. He's really great to work with and with his help I've reached my fitness goals! I always look forward to my workouts!

Love this gym. As a person in my 60’s, my trainer Will makes sure I don’t hurt myself when working out, yet he pushes me to my limit. I’ve been other places that don’t adjust to your age and you end up hurt. The sessions are private or semi-private which I also love. If you’re looking for a gym, I highly recommend this one.

The lovely folks at nexgen are one of a kind. Great workouts that range from plyo to resistance to crossfire type moves and more. Every time I go in for a workout I feel so much more energized and honestly, happy! They even took time to help fix a scheduling issue I had because of missed reminders. These guys are great & if you're in need of getting back or staying in shape they will have your back every step of the way.

Love this place! Will is awesome and always challenges and pushes me during our sessions. I've learned a lot and can see and feel the difference. Everyone is nice and the atmosphere is chill, especially if you're not a fan of working out in a crowded gym. I'd recommend NexGen to anyone looking for a fun place to work out with a trainer.

The trainers here are nice and hold you accountable during your workout. I appreciated that the workouts are tailored for each client but can be changed the day of depending on our physical condition.

Would recommend this place for anyone trying to get fit but not sure how to start. The trainers are all nice, motivational, and really know their stuff. Shoutout to Will for helping me gain muscle in 2022!

Nexgen fitness is the best place to reach your goals. I've been trying to shed the weight for YEARS!! The second I started working with Clint and all the other trainers I reached my goal and I felt absolutely amazing. The best trainers I've ever worked with are here and I definitely highly recommend!!

I’ve worked with all the trainers here. They’re all amazing, and each has their own unique style. I have found them all to be caring, motivating, and incredibly encouraging. I have worked with Clint, the owner, the most and he has consistently challenged and supported me!

Without question NexGen is the absolute BEST one on one training in Flower Mound! The owner Clint is professional, ethical, and knowledgeable. All the trainers are super passionate about what they do and truly work at creating a workout that is specifically tailored for each client. Plus they will accommodate to the needs, desires, and goals of the client.

I truly enjoyed working out with Mike at NexGen Flower Mound. Mike tailored my workouts with my specific goals in mind. Mike knew what exercises to incorporate based on my strengths and weaknesses while also making sure I remained injury free.
