Nice staffs. I always shop instore, First time I ordered for a pick up then there was a missing item in the bag, online don’t help for missing items for order pick up ( I always check the bag pick up orders which I should have checked here as well before leaving store), but had to call in store & staff told me to come back, lady staff was nice listened to me and said it never happened like this before, yet she agreed for me to take what I want. Lesson learned better to check before leaving the store to avoid double trips to the store.

Workers were not friendly. While trying on clothes, two workers stood outside my fitting room door . It was not to check in on me and they did not speak to me when I left, just stared. The experience definitely felt like racial discrimination. The workers in the fitting room just seemed annoyed with my questions. Not a good experience.

I should not have to tell you 6 times that NO, I do not want to open a credit card. Then you want to be snippy and "mmhmm" as I say thank you when I take my bag. Rude.
