This community gives a new height to apartment living.I love almost everything about our community. Kitchen Island,spacious kitchen cabinet , deep sink,wash basins, cute working corner,amenities in the community ,helping staff are just to name the some.We love ? our living experience in this community. Area around the light fixtures in common area and breeze ways could be more clean. We recently moved here and In all we are enjoying our stay in this community so far.Edit ✍️We love the experience of living in this community.Continued efforts and upgrades to make living in the community safer, more enjoyable for the residents is highly appreciated.As festive season around ,look forward to some fun filled activities :)We are going to complete our second year here at Park Central at Flower Mound.We love this community and our family/friends do as well.Be it amenities or the events that are organized all year long for the residents, it always raises the bar of the standard of apartment living.Helpful staff ,well kept apartment community ,residents reward programs ,continuous upgrades in already existing amenities , there are enough reasons to choose Park Central at Flower Mound as your place to make memories with your family.

The best place I’ve ever stayed at the staff is perfection ?from the front office to the maintenance! Stacey is the most beautiful amazing person ever she leased me my current apartment I’ve been here for two years now best decision ever!! And maintenance the most amazing men always working hard to take care of everyone and gets the jobs done so fast!!! This whole team is incredible ?

WORST COMPLEX EVER. ONLY REASON I AM NOT GIVING IT 0 STARS IS THE SITE WONT LET ME. THE WALLS ARE SO THIN THAT I ACTUALLY SNEEZED IN MY BATHROOM AND MY NEIGHBOR SAID BLESS YOU. YOU CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS TV, STEREO AND CHILDREN AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT. I HAD A NEIGHBOR MOVE IN WITH TWO CHILDREN THAT I TRIED MY BEST TO WORK IT OUT WITH HER THE NOISE I WAS HEARING CONSTANTLY BUT WASN’T ABLE TO. AFTER SIX MONTHS I STARTED TO REPORT THEM TO THE OFFICE. AFTER MAKING MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS I REPORTED HER VIA EMAIL TO THE MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGE (STACEY ZEIGLER) VIA EMAIL AT LEAST 50 TIMES. BEING KEPT AWAKE AT NIGHT AND AWAKENED AT 5:00AM IN THE MORNING, AND BEING TOTALLY MISERABLE IN MY OWN APARTMENT BEGAN TO WONDER WHAT I WAS PAYING $1500 A MONTH FOR??? THE LAST 60 DAYS I WAS THERE I HAD TO HAVE THEM FIX MY AC UNIT 6 TIMES. THAT IS NOT INCLUDING THE VARIOUS CALLS TO FIX ITEMS THAT WENT UNRESPONDED TOO. DUE TO TWO MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND BEING DISABLED I COULDN’T STAY THERE ANYMORE. MY DOCTOR ADVISED ME I COULD NO LONGER LIVE ON THE SECOND FLOOR DUE TO ARTHRITIS IN MY KNEES, CLIMBING THE STAIRS WAS NO LONGER AN OPTION. THEY DIDN’T CARE AND IN FACT THE ASSISTANT MANAGER (STACEY) SAID AS MUCH THAT IT DIDNT MATTER. THEY WERE UNCONCERNED WHEN MY LIMITATIONS CAUSED ME TO FALL ON THE STAIRS. SHE (STACEY)ALSO INFERRED THAT SINCE I AM DISABLED, WHEN MY DOG PASSED AWAY SHE COULDN’T BELIEVE I GOT ANOTHER DOG. WHO IS SHE TO MAKE THAT CHOICE FOR ME. I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO BREAK MY LEASE. THIS IS NOT INCLUDING THE DRUG DEALER THAT I REPORTED TO THEM DOING BUSINESS IN THE COMPLEX. I REPORTED HIM TO THE OFFICE AFTER THE 2ND TIME I WATCHED HIS DEALINGS GO DOWN IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX PARKING LOT. THE OFFICE WAS MORE CONCERNED THAT I HADNT REPORTED HIM TO THE POLICE. LIKE I MENTIONED DUE TO MY MEDICAL CONDITION IT TOOK ME, AFTER SEEING THIS OCCUR SEVERAL MINUTES TO GET UPSTAIRS TO MY PHONE TO REPORT THIS. AND BY THAT TIME WHAT GOOD WOULD CALLING THE POLICE DO? BUT THEY FELT THE NEED TO CHASTISE ME FOR REPORTING THESE INSTANCES TO THEM. I WAS MADE AWARE THEY HAVE CAMERAS IN THE COMPLEX BUT DID THEY USE THEM TO CATCH HIM??? ALSO WHEN I FINALLY MOVED OUT GIVING THEM THE KEYS THE OFFICE EMPLOYEE (SARENA I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS)SAW FIT TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAD EVICTED THE LADY ABOVE ME WHOSE CHILDREN WERE MAKING SO MUCH NOISE AND MAKING ME MISERABLE. TOO LITTLE TOO LATE. AND ISNT IT UNETHICAL FOR THEM TO INFORM ONE TENANT THAT THEY ARE EVICTING OR NON RENEWING THE LEASE OF ANOTHER OCCUPANT??? CORRECTION: 7 TIMES ON THE AC UNIT AS WHEN I WENT TO THE COMPLEX FOR THE LAST TIME TO PICK UP MY FINAL BELONGING AT 10:00AM ON JULY 3RD THE AC WAS OUT AND IT WAS ALMOST 100 DEGREES IN THE APARTMENT AT THAT TIME. SO YES I DID LEAVE SOME THINGS BEHIND AND THE APARTMENT WASN’T THE CLEANEST IT COULD HAVE BEEN BY ANY MEANS. THEN THEY EMAIL ME A BILL FOR OVER $6K. ARE THEY CRAZY OR WHAT.

Our family of 4 recently moved into Park Central at the end of February and we love it! The unit is spacious and looks like new. The amenities are great and always clean, the group at the leasing centre are helpful and friendly (they go above and beyond) and the neighbourhood has plenty to do. There are 2 playgrounds within a 10 minute walk from here, and the Riverwalk is a nice area for walking. There are also some great restaurants in the area. We use the amenities here daily...the gym, pool table and lounge area. We are looking forward to warmer weather when we can enjoy the pool. The community here is amazing! We are so happy to call Park Central home!

I absolutely love how accommodating and polite this staff is. Not only do they get back with you in a timely manner they actually genuinely seem happy when you walk in or call. After a terrible experience at another apartment complex next door this is where my family and I are happy to live. Also, the prices are GREAT for how close the river walk is and the spacious apartments. Totally recommend to anyone looking.

Literally my favorite place that I've lived. The staff is amazing and everyone is super helpful and polite. There's a manager named Serena that helped me and my roommate with a problematic neighbor and she made the process as smooth as possible. I wish I could give her 5 stars personally. 10/10 recommend these apartments!!

Construction of the buildings is subpar. We can hear neighbors upstairs as well as next door. Unless you are on the 3rd and last floor you will be able to hear people walking all the time. One can hear and feel stomping and running around at different hours of the day and night. Trash valet is erratic and unreliable.

Love my community and complex Update 2023!! I would highly recommend Park Central. The manager Amy and Sarena are great always willing to go above to take care of us. The staff are all extremely friendly, fun, and make it worth it to live here. The resident events are always a fun experience, and the maintenance is always quick to fix any issues. Overall, I’ve been happy living here and I’d definitely recommend this apartment complex.

I have lived in 4 different apartments since 2019. And I moved in here in July. I LOVE THIS ONE the staff has been nothing but kind to me and the maintenance staff has come by to help me with little issues that I didn’t expect to get fixed for weeks however they got fixed in less then a day, and never seemed rude or annoyed by my many questions ! The office staff is so sweet and I cannot thank them enough for making my move in process so easy and even walked me through the application when I had any questions. Plus the area is so nice and makes you feel safe I take night classes so I get home super late but have never felt scared walking in my apt! The gym is also opened all evening and they are gettin new equipment soon, and even asked the residents for which gym equipment they wanted which I found super sweet ! There is great restaurants in walking distance and even trails to walk my dog apartments are beautiful and I personally don’t hear my neighbors which is a great thing! If you are thinking of moving here I recommend it was the best decision and took so much stress off me knowing that the place I was living is filled with kind people.

I’m a resident here almost 6+ months, I would say this is one of the worst management I have ever seen. Recently my previous roommate moved out of our lease since he got new apartment. After doing all paper work the management removed me from lease instead of my roommate. If I questioned them they mentioned technical issue & it wasn’t fixed at all. I always pay my rent on time since i don’t have access to the portal I cannot pay my rent. We have updated our license plates with our property management they missed there job to post it on there portal & our car got towed when we were out of town. On Top of it when we picked our car we see our windshield broken, we complained same with our property management and they asked us to talk with towing company & those people were really arrogant with us.Now I’m confused who will be paying my losses.Coming to the amenities , no maintenance at all, 1 out of 3 thread mills always broken. They have one cycling machine which doesn’t work at all. I wish I can rate 0 stars. Since I signed lease for 10months I’m still staying here.

I have had one of the worst experiences with this complex since moving in here only about three weeks ago. I am planning to contact corporate, property manager, fire marshal and continue escalating the situation if need be. Since moving in; since august 23rd my AC has not been working (the appt. is stuck between 78-83 degrees) please note that texas law stated seven days without ac is reasonable… it has now been TEN and counting, my washer is frozen and FILLED with water, my smoke detectors are blinking (despite the fact they claim to have entered my apartment and “checked all fire systems” two days ago) the batteries on my non-functioning smoke detectors were not changed. Not only are these not functioning or livable conditions, some of these issues are ILLEGAL. These conditions are unhealthy and unsafe! These issues were already broken for the previous resident as well. You’ve had the knowledge of these issues and STILL declined to resolve these unlivable conditions. It’s unacceptable and I have yet to be given any real solution. I have the previous residents phone number, screenshots of dates showing how long these have not been functioning properly (MONTHS), also showing that these appliances continue to break (repeatedly with little to know time between their functioning dates) and I will continue escalating this. You cannot put a bandaid or “quick fix” over problems that require stitching. This goes beyond maintenance, we need new appliances, and maintenance persons with the ability to actually fix the apartments issues so they do not continue to reoccur. This property has proven to care more about the dollar in their pocket than the living conditions of their residents. I do not trust the staff here nor do I trust Lincoln property companies. As I am living in a non functioning apartment and continue to receive NO HELP. This apartment is not abiding by their end of the lease and WILL be held accountable.

** PLS DONT LEASE HERE *** WORST MANAGEMENT *Even after registering our car at the leasing office, it was towed when we were out of town. We were very tensed before knowing that our car was towed. We got to know when we asked the management. They have asked us to go and collect our car from the towing place. When we reached the place, our car was parked in hot sun open space parking lot. There was a glass chip break on the windshield. When we informed here at the leasing office, they have asked us to contact the towing place. The towing staff was so rude that they hung up the call even without listening our concern. I have lost so much money as I had to take a day off to collect my car and cancel my doctors appointment. I am not sure who is going to compensate all my losses.My Rating: -5/5 (Minus Five out of Five)
