I first experienced the kind staff when dropping off my 2 year old yorkie for doggie day care. He’s been going for several months and even as a picky pet owner, I’ve been completely satisfied in every way. They greet him by name and know his likes/dislikes. He seems to enjoy going and playing with all his furry friends.Since I was using the pet hotel services I thought I would try the grooming. I’m very particular about my yorkie’s hair. After one appointment with LJ, I was so happy with the way he looked, he’s been going back to her regularly. I like that she takes time to make notes and knows exactly what I like. She’s very kind and seems to truly enjoy her job. Oliver always looks handsome & smells wonderful after leaving his appointment with her.

I have 2 dogs, a beagle and a miniature schnauzer.When I made the appointment for their grooming at PetSmart, I was asked if I wanted the express service for an additional $15, I said “no” as I would have some errands to run while they were being groomed.My beagle has a heart murmur and when I arrived for the appointment, I was told I’d have to wait for him to be done, and charged the express fee for him, citing that they could not keep him due to liability issues. They also said that this is a PetSmart policy. Therefore, I was forced to wait for the beagle, and unable to get my errands run, AND pay the additional $15.The grooming for my miniature schnauzer was great and they did an outstanding job.1 star for the beagle2 stars for the schnauzerAveraged it out at 3 stars for the rating.

I had difficulty locating an item that showed in stock so I found someone to help me. She did a good job looking for the product that she saw was in stock in their system. She also said that if she couldn't find it she could tell me the next delivery date for it. After checking stock in the back twice she came out and said we just don't have it and there was nothing more she could do while she turned and walked away. It was great until it wasn't! Her customer service skills stopped abruptly. Even though she walked away from me I still thanked her for her efforts.I left and drove straight to another location that always has what I need in stock. Problem solved!

Just finishing up a puppy class at the Flower Mound PetSmart with trainer Beth! She is awesome! She taught the humans just as much as the animals! Beth taught us it’s not about “controlling” your animal. It’s learning how they process information then teaching the dog in a way they understand. That way they learn faster and maintain the information! I want my dog’s love and loyalty, not fear!! Thank you Beth and PetSmart for hiring such an awesome trainer and making her available at a great price to the public! Y'all got it right with her!!! I will defiantly be continuing with more classes with Beth! Don’t let her go!

Love love love this PetSmart! Unlike others I've been to, the shelves are always full & the store clean. Today I was complaining to an employee (I believe her name was Isa) about how I stepped in dog poop in the grass potty areas in the parking lot that another customer neglected to clean up. She was very nice to me even though I lost my temper & despite her not knowing the mess was there. Then, she gave me a plastic bag to store the soiled shoes in so I didn't get it in my car, which I was more than likely going to do in my heated state. The hotel is always full of happy & excited dogs, unlike other pet hotels/resorts in Argyle/Lantana that I've seen where 'behind the scenes' doesn't match what they advertise. 10/10 would recommend this PetSmart over the few closer to my location!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
