Summer does my hair most of the times (roots and trim) but all the stylists do an amazing job! I have had the best experience every time I have gone there. She cut my kids’ hair this time (9 months and 2.5 years old). My 2.5 year old did not make it easy for her with the crying and squirming but she was still able to give him a great haircut. She accommodated his fear of the trimmer by using scissors only. Definitely check them out for your family’s hair needs.

I had my hair cut by Min Kim and I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s the best haircut I’ve had in years. I have very thick hair that’s a challenge to cut, but the haircut she gave me suited it perfectly. I barely have to do anything to it to make it look good.

I've been going to this salon for three years now and get a different stylist everytime and they are all great! Summer did my hair this most recent appointment and it turned out amazing! The staff always makes sure my hair looks and feels it's best.

scissor happy, asked for 2 inches off and got at least 4 off. also cut off hair i told her not to touch. thinned out hair way more than i asked for.

Had my haircut and had it also fixed at Platinum. At first I didn’t like it, but I got it fixed with Julie, and she did an amazing job! She put lots of time and effort into my haircut!! Thank you!

Excellent staff. Everyone is so talented and welcoming. I relocate quite often, so finding a good salon every time I move is a challenge. This time, I hit the jackpot on the first try! Min did my highlights, cut, and light keratin(frizz control). The best ever!!! I'm so happy to have found this salon.

Min has been doing my hair (highlights, color, cut, etc.) for over a year now, and she always does an excellent job. She’s fast and consistent, and I’m always happy with the results. I also appreciate that Min does not try to make small talk, and I’m able to just relax or work on my laptop while I’m in the chair.
I give Min’s work 5 stars, which is always reflected in the 30-40% tip I give her. But unfortunately, I had to take away two stars for my most recent experience with the salon. I have been calling the past two weeks and leaving messages requesting an appointment with Min. In the past, they’ve always responded quickly and I’ve been able to book an appointment within one or two days. But this time, no one has called me back and they never answer the phone.
So I had my daughter call from her phone, and they answered immediately. She even talked to Min herself who said she had appointments available next week. So…I call. No answer. I immediately call back and - surprise - someone picks up. The person who answered proceeds to tell me that Min has no appointments available next week…and in fact, she is booked up through the end of the year.
Oh really? They didn’t even offer to book me with one of the other stylists.
Not sure WTH is going on, but I’m pretty sure they’ve blackballed me. But why? Did I miss an appointment that I forgot I had? Did I cancel and reschedule too often? Whatever the reason, I’d prefer they were professional and honest with me instead of ghosting me. I’m an adult - I can handle the truth. I’d also like to be given the opportunity to respond to whatever the reason might be.
I could be wrong about all this, but I don’t think I am. I’m just really sad that I’ve lost one of the best stylists I’ve ever had.

Amazing place. Been going here since I can remember. Staff are a bunch of amazing ladies that are incredibly nice and are straight up professionals at hair. This ain’t no sportsclips walk-in and pray you get someone that knows what they’re doing. I don’t even request any specific person, I trust every stylist here.

If you are looking for a new permanent salon! Look no further!! Platinum Salon is the BEST!!! I have been going to this salon for the past year, regularly. For haircuts, highlights, toner, and Brazilian blowout and have been 100% satisfied EVERY visit. All the ladies working there are very professional and kind. You will not be disappointed!
