  The staff is always sooooo friendly. They're always so kind and helpful even when they are busy and have lots of customers. I think people forget their just a bunch of teens we have all been there... LOVE PLATOS

  I definitely should have read the reviews before I went into this place. I brought in clothing and shoes in like new condition and they rejected everything saying they were not in style or too worn to be purchased except for they had the exact same style skirts that I brought in from hot topic. In less than 10 minutes they informed me that they were not going to purchase any of my items. I think they were being lazy and didn’t want to do their job. There’s no way with the amount of stuff that I brought in, the condition, the brand and the styles but they were not interested in one Single thing. In only 10 minutes that they notified me that they didn’t want anything that I had. I’m not upset they’re not buying anything. I am 100% certain they were too lazy to even evaluate my items as my totes were returned in the same order I dropped them off. How do you sort through clothes and put them back in exactly how they dropped them off?? It’s not possible lol.
  
  I will not ever visit this location again and I do not recommend this location to anyone in the area. I recommend you do research and find a different Plato’s closet or somewhere else to sell your things.

  they had some cute things but they over price their items here compared to other locations and there weren’t any clearance items at all which i’m not used to. the girls that were working today in the front were so rude. didn’t acknowledge me when i walked in like other locations. they were gossiping and ignoring everyone unless they asked for help. i stood waiting for someone to unlock a fitting room for me and was ignored. the girl that checked me out was rude as well and basically threw my bag at me, didn’t wish me a good day or anything, just threw my bag at me and directed her attention to someone behind me. nasty vibe here. i prefer the denton location.

  The people here are so nice. A sweet brown girl with a peircing asked if she may put my items on hold when my arms were full of clothes. It was so hard to hold them with my arthritis in my writs. It hurts. any way she was a great help and i will definatley be retruning to this store again because of the nice customer service.

  This place is nonsense! I’ve taken brand new clothes there, shoes, sandals and they’ve given it ight back. I took brand new clothes, half with the tags on and the girl said “due to some stains.” How can they have stains if they’ve literally never been worn? Ridiculous! This happens every single time I go there. I’m not sure what their protocol is but it’s certainly not buying clothes.

  Awful. Racks are barely shop-able. You can’t pull one hanger off without dragging five raggedy other outfits with you.
  
  They take way too long to assess a buy, and then they WILDLY low ball you. I could not buy two pairs of clearance resale pants in return for the large amount of items I brought in.
  
  Additionally, I brought my items neatly folded and organized. After removing what they wanted, they chunked the rest back in the bag like it was trash. I now have to launder all of it again to take it to another resale store. I’ve never had a store treat my stuff like trash, whether they wanted it or not.
  
  Additionally, the buyer was rude after lowballing me and mistreating my property. Major waste of time, major rip off; just go to uptown cheapskate. At least their store is clean enough to shop in.

  DO NOT SELL HERE they only took a tenth of my 2 baskets and took forever also they did not take any of my new items with tags still on them please go elsewhere do not give them business

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the way my friend was treated at this location. She arrived just 4 minutes after the buy counter closed—after helping me with my 2-year-old daughter —and was told they wouldn’t pay her for the clothes she had dropped off earlier that day. Instead, they kept the items without compensation. This feels extremely unfair, especially considering how close she was to the cutoff and the fact that she was delayed for a good reason. A little understanding and flexibility would go a long way. This company obviously doesn’t value mothers and just wants to compensate off others. Ironic. We won't be returning and will be sharing this experience with others!
