In the past I've had issues with other pool companies regarding communication and availability if I've had questions or concerns. Pretty Pools has been AMAZING in this regard. They answer all my questions, have been flexible with payment, and extremely patient when it comes to answering my multiple questions. Highly recommend.

My husband and I routinely take care of our salt pool and have been for 8 years. Around once a year the pool needs extra help due to algae or other repairs. This year we called Pretty Pool. We had used them in the past with an insurance pool claim and we liked their work. This time was not the same experience. The pool person came out over three days to clean the pool and add chemicals as well as clean the filters. This should not have taken three visits. We were charged by the hour and the cleaning fees alone were almost $500. Our pool was not that dirty nor did it have much debris. We were also told our pool cleaner needed several parts and needed to be taken in for repairs. The parts alone for the cleaner were $130. They charged $59 for the Polaris zipper cleaner bag. On Amazon, the Polaris brand bag is $35 at most. The Polaris cleaner brand new was only $260. The filter manifold top was cracked and needed to be replaced. They charged $194.95 for this part, again at most online the part was $125. After paying the invoices of over $924, within one week our pool was starting to grow algae again. My husband was consisting brushing the pool. We contacted Pretty Pools today and was told by the office that they would talk with a supervisor, but we had agreed to the charges. We did prior to paying the invoices call the office and complain about the price of the cleaning fees and the cost of the parts, but no other options were given. We will NEVER use Pretty Pools again. They will rip you off by over charging for parts and in our opinion over charging the amount of time they \

We have used pretty pools for the last 2 years for service and repairs. Recently we had an issue with a broken valve and because the cause was unknown they stepped up and replaced it at no cost. We have been very happy with their service.

The bearings in my 12 year old Pentair Intelliflow pump were going out and I did not want an issue if we hand anouther deep freeze. I also had an issue with air getting in the line. I thought about replacing the unit myself, but I liked the idea of the 3 year warranty and the plumbing was very cramped. I was happy when a sharp service tech showed up, quickly had my new pump up and going and also solved the air leak. The new install is better then the old because the pump is now flat on the pad and not lifted up as before. I would highly recommend Pretty Pools.

The most professional pool maintenance company in the area. Have mastered the art of retaining well-trained people. Which means they are not the cheapest, as they have to pay these folks well to stem attrition. For repairs and installations, I have had their sales rep give me estimates that are higher than other reputed pool companies, but they do stand by their work and that could be the reason. I do get multiple opinions on large work orders, which has led me to believe that though I would use Pretty Pools for maintenance in a heartbeat, they are yet to earn my 100% trust on large installations (like a variable speed pump). Hence, knocking off 1 star.

Nick S is amazingly thorough in every respect when it comes to maintaining and cleaning our pool, spa and the well being of our pool equipment. After moving to Dallas from Phoenix, we didn’t think we’d find someone we can trust - but we lucked out! Keep up the great work Nick S and Pretty Pools!

I took my Polaris robotic cleaner in to Flower Mound who sent me to Coppell. I was told the cable was bad as was the box. The repair would've been $1500. That was without looking at the motor. I then took it to Leslie's in Highland Village. An hour later it's in my pool cleaning as the issue was two screws came loose in one of the motors. There was no charge.

I have used them for 1.5 year (I stopped as I moved out of state), and everything was perfect from beginning to end. All the staff (admin, customer service, pool technician...etc) are very friendly and easy to work with. They have different options to accommodate any of your need (weekly full service to monthly chemical only) and your budget. They are also very flexible, as you can switch from weekly, to biweekly, to monthly depending on your needs (monthly being enough during winter months for example). Shane, our technician, was always great and helping to answer all the questions I had, and sharing tips to take care of a pool (first time in my life I had a pool, and it was very easy thanks to him). Highly recommend them!

I had Pretty Pools put in a replacement pool heater for me recently. Due to the nation wide labor shortage/supply chain disaster I had to go on a several week long waiting list to get my pool heater. I called around and this was common no matter what company I would have went with for this replacement. Overall, I was happy with the girls in the Flower Mound location who were pleasant to talk to regarding an estimated installation date and they kept me informed when I would call for an update. The installation appears to have been done sufficiently without problems. As far as cost, their price was in line with other competitors with no real difference. I don't blame any company for the difficulty in obtaining certain products in this current economy, but I do appreciate it when the customer is generally kept informed and provided accurate information when I called to ask for an update.
