I can’t say enough good things about this body shop! Andrea and the lady at the front desk provided AMAZING customer service from start to finish. They were so sweet, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of.
They helped me with everything — even my rental — and took so much stress off my shoulders during a really overwhelming situation. Andrea went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my car, and I could truly feel how much they wanted to help after everything I had gone through with my previous car issues.
I’m so grateful for them. They really blessed me, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work and even better customer service! 💯🙌🏽
Also , I wanna shout out the rest of the team who worked on my repairs , you guys did a really good job ! 😊They even returned my car back to me cleaned out, air in my tires, etc… I really appreciate you guys and I will be back if I need another repair 🫶🏾

Lauren and Laura kept me up to date with everything and all was great. I highly recommend this shop to whomever gets into a wreck and needs their vehicle repaired. Paint matching was on point as well and they had even washed my car before handing it back to me. 😁

If you need repairs on your vehicle this is the place. Andrea is very professional and courteous. Truck was ready when it was suppose to be and they even brought it to me. Repair were excellent and they make you feel like family. I highly recommend!!!

I went there for a very minor repair which fortunately wasn’t caused by any collision or accident. But that repair could only be done at a collision repair shop. The front desk lady was super helpful, took down the details for the part and scheduled an appointment for repair within the next few days. Although slightly pricey for the work done, I was happy and definitely recommend Gerber Flowermound center.

Fast repair, great work, seamless experience.
I was involved in a fender bender where the other driver was at fault. Andrea and the Gerber team were super helpful throughout the process, handling everything from the insurance paperwork to the rental car coordination while providing updates along the way. My car was fixed in a little over a week and you would never know it was previously involved in an accident. Excellent experience and would highly recommend.

These people are great at what they do. They're also friendly and helpful. Gerber did a flawless paint match on the door of our silver Mazda a few months back. Today, I asked them to look at some new scratches to see if they were going to require paint. Andrea was able to rub out most of the scratches right there on the spot - no charge! We will never go anywhere else!

I took my daughter's car in for repair after she was side-swiped. Incredibly impressed with the staff, the quality of the work, and simply going above and beyond! I would highly recommend this location if you need body repair.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get an appointment made to replace my window after a freak accident that shattered it during my trip back home from the Houston area. I called late afternoon to see if I could make an appointment and this place got me in first thing the next morning. So literally not even 24 hours after my window was broken, it was restored. It wasn’t a bad price either and the tech even came to my home to take care of it. I’m pleased with the speedy, excellent service I received and will keep this place in mind for any future repairs!Service: Auto glass repair

Kenny and his entire team are first class! My wife's bumper was fixed and looks brand new. My wife didn't tell me she had a couple scratches on the driver's side before I took it in. Nevertheless, Kenny fixed with some compound in 106 degree heat. If that's not service, I don't know what is. Five stars!Service: Body & Trim
