This location was super friendly and welcoming. I actually just did a walk-in, and when it was my turn I got a very welcoming introduction and got right down to what needed to be done. It was a great experience for something most people tend to not enjoy.

Let me start off by saying,I️ am not one to complain or get upset. I’m pretty sure I’ve only ever written good reviews on Google. I️ know everyone has bad days or days they don’t feel like doing their job. Usually I️ just chalk up rudeness to someone having one of those days. However, I️ have never had a service provider be so condescending and impolite as I did last Friday. Health care and insurance is a hard thing to navigate for those of us not in the healthcare world. I️ was asked many belittling questions and talked to in a very rushed & unprofessional manner. I just recently decided to take on the daunting task of figuring out my health care problems and this experience almost made me walk out and give up. I️ sat in my car after leaving this clinic and cried in shock. I️ have a lot more tests to get done and a potentially long health journey ahead of me but I️ will most definitely not be coming to this location again for help on that path.

Had An appointment- 2 unprepared inconsiderate ladies WITHOUT APPOINTMENTs were being help before People who took the proper steps & were prepared-,I left- This place is GARBAGE-

I was the only one in the waiting room and still had to wait 30+ minutes while both phlebotomists sat in their rooms waiting for the other one to call me back…only come if you have all day to spend here

Keeta was the most wonderful person I got to work with at 745 Cross Timbers yesterday 1/26/23. Actually just as wonderful was the young lady that helped me get an appointment on a number I found. The regular numbers that Quest puts out go to an automated line that is lengthy and IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH. I have landed jets on an aircraft carrier in my Naval career and it was easier doing THAT than making an appointment on the automated line. I tried to do it online and same old JUNK. IMPOSSIBLE to find the numbers on my paperwork that my doctors office gave me!! I actually drove to 4001 Long Prairie, with MANY 1 Star Ratings to just show up. The lobby had 15 plus people with NO HELP AT ALL IN THE LOBBY. What a joke!!! I left. Found someone to talk to and found my Angel Keeta at 745. Someone actually stepped out from a blood drawing room to help. I cannot say enough nice things for 745 Cross Timbers!! THANK YOU KEETA. Thanks for the nice hug you gave me after giving blood. SHE IS A SAINT!!!

I was a walk-in at 820 they scheduled me for 1020 Keeta called me in at 845, glad I was sitting in my car. Keeta was very professional and proficient. Quest needs to give her a raise and hire more pleasant people like her. Thank you for seeing me so swiftly. Have a blessed day!!

I’m only giving this review 5 stars because of Keeta’s great customer service. If it wasn’t for her it would’ve been 1 STAR for sure. I was originally seeing an older lady I believe by the name of “Jenny” she wasn’t the kindest and seemed to be very inpatient. Perhaps she was in a bad mood not sure. Jenny sent me to my car to get a mask (no problem) then put someone in my slot after she got my info and started prepping the material. I was literally gone 120 seconds tops. That should’ve been told to me as soon as i walked in not when you was about to draw my blood. Thanks KEETA for showing great customer service. I actually felt more comfortable with Keeta drawing my labs over the other lady. Her energy was nasty.

What a joke this morning. I had an 8:30 appointment and the Quest app indicated I could wait in my car and be notified when to come in. At 9am I went into the waiting room to look at the wait board...they did not have one. Then the nurse was calling out names for folks to come in yet there are a dozen folks waiting outside the office and they could not hear their name called. Then I realized they must not be texting either. I tried resigning in to see where I was and it told me I missed my slot? I left at 9:10. On my way to work I received a text at 9:25 to come into the office for an 8:30 appointment! Great way to run a business.

Positive experience, great FRIEDLY and organized staff, always willing to help and assist. As Patients we are always nervous, Quest employee always keep you calm and very professional on handling you.POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!!
