I'm a 67 yr old woman who went to Race Trac to redeem my Texas Lottery scratch offs today, like always. The Co- Manager was rude and barred me from the store because I didn't know before hand the total amount. It turned out to be $50 dollars, under a hundred, so I thought that was ok. Wrong he first said he didn't have cash to payout and I had to spend it. I refused based on his sharp rudeness and said I would wait until he got the cash. Another store clerk game me the $50 and the Co- Manager said i was barred from the store and said he was calling the police. I left confused and felt attacked as a Black Granny and called the headquarters to repot the incident. The nice guy, Kevin, said the district manager Jim, for RaceTrac Highland Village TX would call me back...

Went there today and could not get mid grade or premium out of two different pumps. There was no sign stating they were out of those gasoline types....just didn't work. If your waiting for a delivery, then post signs on the pumps informing customers that it is not available.

These breakfast sandwiches are disgusting, and this is the worst coffee I have ever had. How come every other Racetrac around has their own breakfast sandwiches but y’all are running this disgusting trash? You call this a bacon egg and cheese sandwich? Can’t believe I wasted my money on this
