After calling the store and only having Drive Thru open with no other way to order food. Driving a van that is 9ft in height makes it impossible to get lunch. Shame that other restaurants have the oppurtunity to have their lobbies open for take out only or online ordering.

We love Canes! We recently went to Canes in Flower Mound for a birthday party meal (50 tailgate fingers), a tray of fries, 3 gallons of sweet tea, and 15 toasts. However, the order was messed up and since the doors were locked due to COVID we waited for 20 min to get an employee to look over our order that was missing all the toast and 25 chicken fingers. Instead of making another batch of 50, because they gave us the wrong order, they simply brought out 25 more chicken fingers and the bread and called it good. Keeping in mind we waited 20 minutes, half the chicken was cold and the other half was hot. We understand they are a very busy store; however, customer service is essential.

You can order tailgate trays of 25 tenders, and 5 orders of fries fits in a tailgate tray, so you can feed a crowd on-the-go easily and with less packaging.

What happened????!!! We have been purchasing whole trays from here for years. We eat them for meals, snacks and it's been a really quick go-to for our group of 5. Today the entire tray was skinny, scrawny little chicken tenders...The Box Combo - 4 Chicken FingersMcDonald's like. No value with this tray for the price and they were chewy, too! So, disappointed- I hope CoVid hasn't ruined it for this chain. I hesitate to order again until I know this was a one off- and our beloved chicken tender chain hasn't gone cheap cheap cheap.

TL;DR; Violent diarrhea 2 out of 2 orders, never getting food from here again. My wife and I got food from this place about a year ago, and got violently ill, but figured it was just a fluke; sadly we were wrong. On Sunday we got food from there again, and my wife got ill almost immediately, within an hour after eating, and I didn't see her for the rest of the day. Mine was delayed, and didn't show itself until midnight, and then it started for me. It's now the following Thursday, and it hasn't stopped since. Monday it was so bad that I had to take a sick day, costing me a considerable loss of income, many times over the price of the meal. The rest of the week I'll say I'm just happy I've been working from home otherwise it would've been the whole week off sick for me. This is the only Rasing Cane I've ordered from, so I can't say if they put something in the food that neither my wife nor my stomach agrees with, or if they simply have horrible hygiene. But needless to say, I will never ever order from this place again.

Stopped by this Raising Cane's after a game with my son - same GREAT chicken, fries, toast and SWEET TEA as every other Raising Cane's we've been to at dozens of different locations. Service was great, restaurant was clean, and I loved the local Flower Mound flare with pictures of famous residents - nice touch.

Food was good . It was warm and the chicken was tender. Not so happy with the customer service of the girl at the window. She seem bothered that I came back thru the drive-thru to ask for a refill for the drink that they filled mostly with ice. Then she told someone else to do the refill. I don’t know why she couldn’t do it herself.

Went to pay for my meal at the canes in flower mound The tried to swipe my credit card on a very old machine It did not work They refused to type in the numbers ! Said it was against there "security policy "! Really ! So much for credit cards with chips ! CANES JOIN THE MODERN AGE !
