Pamela Boyd earns at least 5 stars for representing and steering me so attentively & professionally through my recent home purchase - made all the more of a challenge due to health and family limitations. Pam was both personable, and the consummate professional! And of the two agents, she appeared to have the better grasp of current real estate law - catching details the other agent missed altogether - which was of material benefit to me with respect to more than one detail. Pamela was attentive to all of my concerns and questions; she was accessible to me whenever I had a question or concern; and she ensured that all agents, inspectors, appraisers, mortgage, insurance, and title professionals, had everything they needed from me - either before or when they needed it (no small task) - AND completed their requisite tasks on time so that closing occurred without a glitch! I don’t know how she managed me (I was a MESS!), let alone everything else. If I were guessing, I’d say Pam is a real estate magician!! And if you knew me, you’d probably agree!
Pamela Boyd was also my agent in 2016 when I sold my home (on short notice) to take a job in San Antonio. I’m sure I was an easier, less stressed client in those days, but I still knew nothing about selling a home and relied completely on Pamela’s guidance and recommendations. And believe it or not, I made money on the home I’d owned for less than 6 months in Krum, TX - all before anyone ever heard of COVID!!

She’s been my Real Estate Genie, or Wizard, or Angel. It’s probably not magic - but however she does it, Pam makes real estate transactions work out the way you need them to. I believe that the home Pam helped me purchase a few weeks ago will be my last - but anyone I speak to will hear me sing her praises as long as I have breath!
