This is for Aiesha and the Sephora, a Department. She was so sweet and helpful, completely changed my idea of coming back. Last time I came to this location. I asked the lady where a product was, ciccapair, and she said y’all don’t carry it and I turned around and saw it right behind me. I decided to let her know that yall do you have it in case somebody else asked for it, and she said yeah you called it by a different name. She said it’s Dr. Jhart, duh I did but it’s the same thing and she should have known that. She was actually rude about it. Only reason I came back is because I needed something and other saphoras were closed. Aiesha was very helpful and accommodating even though once again, y’all are out of some thing I was looking for. She was very sweet and helpful .

The ladies that work at this location are great!They ask if you need help, they help you try on make and find matches and then even remind you to put all your info in to get your points for Sephora and kohls.

I had a great customer service from Sam at Sephora in Kohl's! She's really personable and helpful. We had great conversations about skincare and ingredients and how we both love The Ordinary and Inkey List. She's the first Sephora sales person I've met who's so down to earth and not pretentious. She doesn't recommend things which are too expensive just for the sake of it. So thumbs up Sam!! She's also very courteous with my little one. You got me loving shopping at Sephora again! I'll be back.

Stood in line for 15 minutes to check out and finally had to walk out. You can just tell when you walk in a store when it is poorly managed. They are wasting all the foot traffic that Amazon returns is generating. Won't step foot in there again (unless I have another Amazon return).

We love our neighborhood Kohl's. It is in a convenient location with amble parking. The store is easy to navigate. If they do not have what you want in stock, the "ship to store" option makes for easy pickup.

I was looking at purchasing a Fujifilm Instax Mini 9 for an adopt-a-family gift this evening and needed some assistance since it is locked inside a cabinet. Since there was no on to assist me in electronics, I went to the price check machine in children's and pages for assistance. The associate who answered was unable to assist me so she called on her headset for assistance. She gave a description of my red, white and plaid shirt to the person over the com so that would know who needed help. When the other associate arrived I was standing in electronics at the top of the isle. As she approached another customer (who was dressed in all black) stopped her to ask for assistance with a Fitbit. Before, during, or after helping the other customer, the associate never acknowledged me even though I was standing less than 3 ft away. She took the Fitbit and told the customer that she had to walk it to the front cash register. The customer proceeded to walk off and shop some more and the associate walked to the front of the store. By this time I was furious and abandoned my shopping trip. As I walked to the front of the store, I say the associate walking away from the customer service area. She still never acknowledged me although she walked by me, close enough to touch me as she brushed by my side. Before I left the store I wanted to complain and make a manager aware of the situation. The manager that was called listened to my complaint, but imagine my horror when I found out that the horrible associate, Cat (as her name rage read), was also a manager. If this is how the leadership in this tire behaves, this store will never be a great place to shop. I honestly have no desire to visit this store again after this experience.
