I wanted to buy some dress shirts, so I asked a staff member to do a measurement, but she just pointed me towards a tape measure and walked off, so I had to do it myself. When I passed by her later, she was just chatting with other staff members. I guess at this store, chatting with co-workers is more important than helping customers.

JCP use to be my favorite store the selections of items and merchandise I was looking for was not there. Maybe it was just this store location seems to be getting disappointing.

Lots of Pakistani items are available. It’s a very expensive store! All items are very pricey. Meat is good. Butcher is good but again, prices are ridiculously high!

We had the best experience with Melissa who is in the portrait department. We have 2 kids and she was just amazing with them. Really took her time didn't feel like she was rushing them. She knew exactly how to make them smile and just had a great personality. So easy to work with!! Because of her, I will be coming back every year to do family photos. Thank you!!

My daughter was having a school performance and needed a new dress and new shoes , so we decided to visit JC Penney’s. We were not able to find anything we were looking for the whole time we were there, on our way out my daughter spotted a dress she really liked, we were able to find just the right size for her, and then of course she had to have some shoes so we went back and took another look and what they had in inventory and found her some beautiful black boots. When we finally got to the cashier, she was so nice! She conversed with my daughter and made her shopping experience very pleasurable!

Kate and Kim offer amazing customer service!I stepped into the store 5 minutes before closing and Kate spent extra time to make sure all my items were picked up. She also took great care performing an even-exchange so I could get advantage of a Black Friday deal and keep the color of my choice.Kim went above and beyond in helping me with directions to my house since my phone's battery had died. Great experience overall!

My relaxer experience went well. The haircut was the problem. I knew that there were limitations with styling options due to my hair texture and various lengths. I inquired about a specific style that the stylist originally said could be replicated but the result was totally different. I have a haircut similar to the Dear Abby images which for me is too old for someone in their 40s. When I expressed my disappointment of the hairstyle, it was then revealed that the style I asked for could not be replicated. I will have to have this redone and unfortunately I will not be returning there.

For the very first time we went to this store as JC Penny has relatively less stores in DFW I think. My wife wasn’t disappointed at all but I was? Sadly, they have very less options for Men’s clothing, footwear etc.Apart from this, great experience. The cashier Kate is really kind & helpful!

This store is amazing. It is very convenient to have a Sephora inside a JCPenney! Hubby can be shopping for overalls and I can swatch make up as my heart desires, it’s a win win. The sales associates are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I visit the store I find something new!!! And did I mention they will gladly make samples of just about anything in the store? It’s a yes for me.

I have been a fan of this Sephora for a while now! Always had what I needed! Well... I’ve ran into some issues the last two times I’ve been. I wear the “Sephora Collection” foundation, shade Medium Walnut, #33. The first time I went, I went in and got it pulled for me. Without looking in the store, I went home to find out (putting it on) that it was “Medium Almond” shade 31.. I ended up returning it at another store, and getting the correct shade..This time, I called to have “Medium Walnut” held for me, since I was coming from work.. The lady checked me out, and I thought to myself let me check before I pull off, and of course I received “Medium Almond” once again.. I went back in and proceeded to ask her could I please get the “Medium Walnut” instead.. She tells me the names have been changed, but it IS the same shade. ? It however is not. I called another store and the lady told me I was “lied to”, and their store carries both, and they are in fact two different shades.? I am not usually one to leave reviews, but the last update to name to my shade was almost two years ago, and this is the second time with the same issue.. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t have the shade, or if it’s just in a different place than normal... But ladies make sure you check before leaving this store, that you have the right item. ?

Definitely had a strange experience. Been going to this location for years and have always been helped. But today, my mom and I looked around the store for about 20 minutes and were never approached/offered help. It was clear we were buying multiple products but we had to ask for a basket and even still we weren't asked if we needed any assistance. Maybe it's just new policy but definitely not what I'm used to.
