WAS SOLD EXPIRED PRODUCTS. I bought Huda Beauty foundation that was expired and it caused a cold sore. The picture I have here is after two weeks of healing. It was extremely painful and hard to eat with. I was told by customer care that the store would resolve it and give me compensation. When I went to the store, I was told corporate would take care of it and there was nothing that could be done at the store level. Corporate brushed me off and shifted blame to the store, who has no power in this situation.

I came here right before my brother's wedding. I was so stressed and on edge. But the staff were comforting and calm. I had a wound on my nose that the Sephora staff suggested I not put any cosmetics on. They directed me to all the products I needed. Even with the added characteristics I included in my qualifications for the products I was looking for.

Awkwardly, I had 4 people approach me 5 times which is normal for a beauty shop with too many employees scheduled. They were all friendly and I know they are working on commission. I usually tell the cashier the first person's name who approaches me. Well, I go to pay for my child's expensive skincare products over $200 and the cashier (who was muslim with the hajib) asks me if anyone helped me. I replied yes with the girls name who was standing on the side. I even pointed to her. She laughed loudly and said to me "i'm so sorry you had to deal with her". I mean I guess they are friends but it was very awkward. First of all, unprofessional. Second of all, I have no idea why she was laughing.

Every time I visit this location the staff is exceptional! Everyone is extremely helpful and greets everyone as soon as they walk in and is super attentive to everyone!

This Sephora is terrible with customer service. The girl who greets is RUDE. I also went to make a return and she gave me store credit saying this is the only thing she can do for me. Mind you it’s only been a week old.Awful awful experience always.

I’m giving this store 1 star because of the fact that first nobody greeted me when i walked in & as i was testing out a perfume ( sol de janeiro) i was grabbing one that was closed to purchase it and then a little girl with blue eyeshadow, (didn’t catch her name) she had blonde hair, she snatched the perfume out my hands and said this is not a tester. that made me feel very unwelcomed and very unprofessional of her made me want to leave and not purchase what i came here for. This sephora is 30 minutes from my house because there is no sephora near me and I couldn’t even enjoy my visit to get what i’ve been looking for. Very disappointed in this location, it wasn’t just her being rude everyone else was just looking at me like something was wrong with me.

Wonderful service!! Everyone was so polite and helpful for a first time shopper. The staff member who worked in the section for Moroccan oil hair products was such a blessing to me!! Definitely above and beyond customer service here.

I went in there looking for couple things,I'm a girl who doesn't like to wear too much makeup. So I wanted blush, a good concealer and a cool tone bronzer.Let me tell you, MY GIRL MICHELLE said "Say less Queen I got you!!!!" And got me she did.... This is my first time buying good quality makeup and I was not disappointed. Shout out to my girl MICHELLE. She helped a girl out.GIVE HER A RAISE ASAP!!!

I bought four expensive make up items cost me around $200. When I reached home, found one missing item. I went back to store next day (as it was closed by the time I reached home) and informed the store manager about missing item. She said she checked the camera and it was bagged and suggested me to check inside the car. I asked her if I can see the video footage but she refused and asked me to contact police for that. She lost credibility and trust from me. I would not go back for missing item without checking 200%. It is common sense. I hope she receives this message and every time she sees her face at mirror thinking about the big L*e she did to me to protect her false reputation. I was expecting her to admit the mistake of missing bagging. I could have walked out without any regret. Now you lost a customer. RIP.

Amazing experience here! I won’t go anywhere else! Lundyn was so kind and helpful during my service. The other employees in the store were as well. They even gave me a sparkling juice for my appointment. I’m super excited about the items I purchased and felt like my concerns and needs were heard. Thank you!
