I love my gym so much! Shapes has the absolute best group fitness classes, instructors and employees and machines and amenities. Everyone I have met has been so nice. The community is great! My kids love the Kids Club, too!

Being a member of Shapes has been an amazing experience. The owner, along with her trainers, genuinely care about their members and clients, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. An incredible gym but even more than that is community! Not only does Danielle (the owner) offer a variety of classes, she also has 1:1 training sessions, child care, a sauna and truly some of the best equipment I've ever used! Your missing out if you havent tried her gym yet. Its so important to us to support locally owned businesses and personally I love supporting women owned businesses even more!

Alright. Let’s start with the fact that before Shapes, I was not a gym girl! I would get easily intimidated by the equipment, the big open spaces where people can watch each other, and at times, the men there too. I had been caught in this struggle of wanting to work out, but not wanting to go to a gym because I didn’t want to feel uncomfortable while doing something so personal!Then Shapes entered my life, and I can tell you that this gym is the BEST thing that has happened to my personal health journey in a VERY LONG TIME. Growing up as a pre-professional ballerina, I was trained in a very specific way, and so when I stopped dancing, that love for pushing my body was left unfulfilled and I didn’t know what to do to get myself back to how healthy I was as a dancer. I’m so grateful Shapes is here to help me on this journey of reconnecting with my body and reminding me that I can do hard things!The facilities at Shapes are TOP NOTCH, I mean they’ve thought of everything!!!! They have all the equipment you could ask for, a stunning (and OH SO CLEAN) bathroom/getting ready room, they have kids care, and a group workout room. But even though the facilities are fantastic and beautiful, it’s the staff team here that takes the cake. These ladies CARE. They recognize we’re all on a different journey with working out and tailor classes and workouts to encourage and build up everyone, instead of using shame or intimidation to get someone to work out harder. Danielle, the owner, is an absolute GEM and deserves all of the praise for creating a gym culture that focuses on community and not competition. There’s never a day I’m there that I don’t see Danielle on the floor helping out or being totally present with the ladies she’s working out! Erica, the manager, is just absolutely amazing and is easily one of my favorite people to see in the mornings. She’s encouraged me to try out different classes and has NEVER steered me wrong! I could go through and list out all of the trainers that I’ve had the honor of getting to know, but that’ll take another three paragraphs! I’m so grateful to everyone there, especially Dory, Kara, Sera, and Shelley-they’ve all pushed and encouraged me to keep going on my work out journey!If you’re on the fence about joining a gym because of hurts in the past, fear of the future, or just not having the motivation, please take this as your encouragement: come check out Shapes. This place isn’t just a building, it’s a community of women that comes together in order to lift each other up, all while making working out fun again! Genuinely, I leave every morning with the largest smile on my face because I get to work out in such an amazing place!

Love this gym!! It’s so clean and has everything you would need. I love the pink/girlyness. It’s also nice to be around all women so you don’t have to worry about being judged or anything. I’m just sad it’s 24-30 min from me so it’s too far of a drive.

The most amazing gym. I was “that girl” that saw the name Shapes, and was like no way am I working out at a women’s gym…well I was wrong! This gym is incredible. The staff, the equipment, the classes, are all amazing. The camaraderie among the women is also is also something you can’t find anywhere else. So supportive and makes me work harder. Have made tons of friends and look forward to working out everyday there. Truly such a special gym full of incredible women!! You won’t regret it!

I love everything about Shapes!! The ownership is amazing, trainers are knowledgeable and they have excellent equipment. They also offer childcare, group classes and the gym is kept extremely clean. So if you're looking for an all women's gym this is your place.

The best workout classes and supportive environment that I have found since moving here out of state! I love a gym that you actually are motivated to get up and get to class! It’s part of my daily routine now. Love Shapes and the staff you can’t go wrong, so welcoming!

Three years later and this is still the best gym ever!! I still come to Shapes regularly to workout, get stronger, and get my daily dose of my Shapes babes buddies!! The welcoming and friendly environment is like no other gym. The attached picture is the beautiful greeting you see as you walk in each day. "Hello Gorgeous"!!!I love this gym! The people who work here and workout here make this place what it is! Everyone is so friendly and the trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you become a stronger and healthier version of yourself!! This gym has personal training, group training, amazing classes, and several types of equipment to workout on. There really is something for everyone. Since joining the gym I have dropped pounds and picked up some great friends. My kids really enjoy hanging out in the kids club as well! If you haven’t tried this place you should!!

I can't say enough positive things about Shapes! There is a huge variety of group fitness classes and each one of them offers something so different and unique - they challenge you but make it fun at the same time! The instructors and trainers are so supportive and encouraging and really take the time to listen to your goals and then help you figure out the best ways to achieve them. Whether you've just signed up for a new membership or you've been there awhile, you're surrounded by women that inspire you, believe in you, and genuinely want the best for you. So come see what Shapes has to offer - you won't find it anywhere else!

As I was walking on the treadmill the other day, I enjoyed watching all the interactions between members and between staff with members going on. All chats about working out, kids, vacations, outfits etc.. every person was happy, caring and genuinely interested in each other. It was so satisfying for me to feel a part of it all. Danielle and her staff along with all the members has created a wonderful , encouraging environment for all the women here. Truly heartwarming!!
