We recently had some repairs and touch-up painting to do and took a one-gallon can of Sherwin-Williams paint to the Flower Mound store to have it shaken. My wife was told by the staff that there wasn’t enough paint in the can for them to shake it. This was surprising and disappointing, especially coming from a dedicated paint store.
To solve the problem, I took the exact same can to Home Depot, where they shook it for us with no questions asked.
This experience left us questioning the level of customer service at the Flower Mound Sherwin-Williams location. While we’ve always appreciated Sherwin-Williams’ quality paint, service like this makes it hard to remain a loyal customer when other stores go the extra mile with no hesitation.

Don’t show up at 5:50 during the week and expect the doors to be unlocked…. They close early despite the door saying otherwise

Called to place pick up order and said that they wouldn’t make it before I got there. Why would I call ahead to place an order for pick up if you can’t make it until I get there???? Super rude and not helpful at all. Made a huge deal about looking up the paint so we could make sure we got the right paint.

The staff were AMAZING and so helpful. I had no idea what I was doing and havent really painted before and they helped me match our wall color and helped me know what to buy. I am so grateful!

This neighborhood location is very convenient. I have been a customer here for many years. There hasn’t been a time that I have been disappointed. They know their paint business. They are awesome at matching colors, as well as other more challenging tasks. The team here is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this business for all your painting needs.

Aikon Home remodeling recommended us to buy paint from this store, the staff offered us help to choose the color combinations for our bathroom. They allowed us to use our contractors phone number to get the contractor discount(which was huge). We are very pleased with the service.

Brought back paint that have our bathroom smell horrible. The paint in the can also smells. Woman on the phone was very nice and told me to bring it back. The white-haired man working in the store went into the office with another sales person and declared that “the paint DOES NOT smell. It smells like paint.” He’s welcome home to us and smell our bathroom and not accuse me of being a LIAR. Horrible behavior. Maybe he shouldn’t talk about customers’ problems when they can hear it. Last time I’m going to shop in this store knowing how they view customers.

They need to update their store hours instead of saying they close at 7pm it should say 5pm I called various times and no answer
