“An executive assistant ordered business cards and other print materials for Clawson Clinics about 2 years ago. Our logo, brand, & colors were pristine! We then placed another order, upgrading to a thicker card with the highest quality of texture. The tactile sensation of the card was very welcoming. A couple of years passed, and we needed to reorder the same card's print and artwork. The person on the line was very professional. She found our older orders, and we are ordering a bunch more stuff. “Today I dropped off three boxes to be shipped for Christmas. They were already labeled. What I wasn’t aware of is you can not ship boxes covered in heavy paper by Fed Ex. “I recently went into this FedEx office and was incredibly impressed by the exceptional service provided by one of their employees. With Easter just around the corner, I found myself in a bit of a time crunch to get a box full of goodies delivered to my precious granddaughter.
Despite my late request, this employee went above and beyond to ensure that my package was shipped on time without charging me an arm and a leg. His professionalism and cheerful personality made the entire process enjoyable. He genuinely cared about making my granddaughter's Easter special, and it showed through his actions.
