“Arrived at their facility at 840am, not realizing they don't open until 9am. Went back to my car to Google a UPS Store when Elton, a FedEx agent, came to my car and invited me in early! He packed my box with packing material in lieu of buying bubble wrap I didn't need. Excellent, polite, attentive, and helpful customer service from Elton! Will definitely return.”
