I’m such a fan of Starbucks I can’t get enough!I actually got a custom mini fridge with the Starbucks logo on it and it’s staked with the pre-bottled coffee!

I stopped by this location inside Target with my family members who routinely frequent this brand. They ordered their favorite snacks and drinks while I shopped for the family feast in the evening. I tried some of the offerings and it wasn't bad, but my family members swear to me that it is really good. I observed a clean location and attentive workers at this location.

If this review was based solely on this visit this would hands down be a 1 star review. I work at a doctors office and he buys us Starbucks every Wednesday and we always go to this location. Always order 9-10 drinks. We are regulars. Normally Jake takes care of us and is amazing. This time the manager took the order and was extremely rude and just acted like it was a huge inconvenience for him to have to work. Most places are struggling for sales during COVID and would welcome an order to keep things a float. Clearly, this is not a concern for this member of management. This occurred around 3pm today. After such rude treatment we are seriously considering going somewhere new on Wednesday's. Maybe a loss of a couple grand a year means nothing to this location, but I'm sure we can find somewhere else that will appreciate the business.

Employee rolled eyes as I came up and it was awkward. Also during COVID please have the people that are simultaneously messing with the cash register/ screen and making drinks (interchangeably) wear gloves when making drinks. I'm not trying to be a Karen ):

Customer service leaves something to be desired. Cashier couldn’t even muster a smile when taking the orders and then stood around talking to the second barista who was very slowly making each drink. Waited 15 minutes for a grande mocha. Asked it to be at warm temp and not steamed and they couldn’t get that right. It’s a convenient location but that’s about it.

Was ignored at the counter for an entire minute while employees talked, and they knew i was standing there. cashier tried to over charge me. and they burned my drink. don't waste your time at this location and just go to the other one across the shopping center

Very bad service at this location. Ordered a cheese danish and a frappuccino earlier today. Girl at the register rings up both items and then tells me they don't have any cheese danishes after I already paid. She never offered a receipt or a refund or seemed to even care about replacing the item I just paid for. How can you sell something to a customer that you know you don't have and then not give refund or another item? So basically she stole from me. I made a complaint with Target mgmt. I will also be making a complaint with Starbucks Corp mgmt as well.

Absolutely the best Coffee barista in Highland Village Shops , but it's in Flowermound of that makes sense.

Attn: Starbucks Mgmt!!!! Inside this Target, is the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. We go all the time, almost part of the regular norm.... stop and get coffee/tea and cake pops for the kids before we shop. After this experience, not sure if we'll go again. Line at register was short, guy (on crutches) taking orders was typical nice, helpful dude. The girl making drinks has NO IDEA what she's doing and even worse, doesn't care!!!!!! After we order, we stand back and watch the disaster unfold. There are at least 7 people standing, then sitting, waaaaaiting for drinks. ALL frustrated. The girl is moving like molasses. She puts some orders up, wrong. And again, wrong. Two customers had to remind her to add the damn espresso!!!!!!! She didn't care!!! Luckily, the poor guy on crutches stepped in and hobbled around back and forth to save the day. This was my first pumpkin latte of the season (serious situation) and she messed it up. Bad. Like all syrup and no coffee. Plus she made it cold and with wrong milk. If the poor dude on crutches didn't already have his hands full, I'd have gone back and asked to change it, but with all the incorrect orders going out, people upset etc, I felt bad for him, and tossed it before I started shopping. At least he cared ... he showed great customer service, and should be recognized for representing your brand well. On the other hand, your district mgmt should visit this location and verify the proper training in both quality and customer experience is up to par. I'm 100% this wouldn't fly in a free standing Starbucks. She wouldn't have lasted a day. It's one thing to not be trained, it's another to have her attitude and just not care. She made it very abundantly clear that she didn't. Mgmt needs to pay attention and fix that real quick before you loose more sales.
