I would go out of my way to get my coffee from this location. They are very friendly, “where everybody knows your name”. Coffee is always served fresh with a smile, best part of waking up. Thanks!

Same great Starbucks quality but the past few times I’ve ordered a venti, they are only filling the cup up halfway. They kindly remake the drink but it’s weird that this has happened multiple times. I’ve almost walked away with only half of the drink I’ve ordered.

I have frequented this location for the past 2 years and the quality has gone down drastically in the past few months. It seems like management or corporate definitely needs to do some quality checks or retrain the staff because we haven't had a decent drink from this location in a very long time.

Not really worth it! They spelled my name wrong. They told me the name is on there... That's not my name come to found out, she spelled it wrong. Messed up my order wrong a lot!! Didn't even get what I wanted! Wish they would just get me what I wanted instead of paying for something I DON'T want.

This location should NOT exist. Everytime i have gone here i have waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru for my mobile order and the drive thru is so cramped into the location that there’s no room for anyone to park or even go around it.

Wow I usually come here and it's been good service. However, today it took them 30 min to make 1 drink. The drive thru took super long because the man taking my order didn't seem to know what he was doing. When I received my drink, it didn't taste right & I order this drink all the time. I went inside to ask for a remake please and the manager KENDALL was very rude about it. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. She said my drink would again take a while to make since they now had other orders in front of me. Overall, just bad customer service and a waste of time over 1 drink.

On 7/7/23, I placed an order on the app at 4:23pm. I was not feeling well and ordered a honey citrus mint tea. I went through the drive through line before the order was ready. When I got to the Window, a really young, slim blonde male came to the window with an attitude and advised me how I caused a disservice to the store by coming through the line before the drink was made. As I was trying to respond to him he rolled his eyes and shut the window in my face. A female came to the window to serve me and repeated the same thing the guy said and I advised her how rude the young male was. I asked for his name and she said they aren’t allowed to give their names out. I asked did they wear name tags. She insisted on giving me a scone to prevent reporting him. In all the years of going to various Starbucks locations, this is literally the 1st time I’ve ever received Poor and disrespectful service. Although it doesn’t matter, I probably will never return to this particular location. If I could, I would leave 0 starts

I was pretty disappointed with the service at this location. We pulled up to the window and ordered three drinks. As I want to put my drink and my cup holder holding it from the top, I immediately noticed that the lid was not on the cup at all and my hand slipped. The entire cup of coffee went down the side of my jeans. Steaming hot soaking into the seat of my car and on the floor underneath the seat. The entire cup was gone. The barista that was assisting us at the window did not offer napkins or another drink. He just stood there with a smile like it was amusing. I had to ask for another drink since the lid was not on the cup and he did provide one with a very snarky look on his face. I just don't know why people have to act this way when I am being very polite. I'm spending my money at the establishment. I could understand if I was rude in any way, but that was not the case. I feel like if I was in his position I couldn't have grabbed napkins fast enough to hand them to someone who was boiling down the leg of their pants. But I guess we're not all alike right?! Thin guy, blonde hair. Young, early 20s maybe ... I chose to describe him because this is not the way to treat someone in the service industry. Maybe he does need a little talking too.

I went this morning and we got cafe mocha, cafe latte with almond milk, caramel macchiato and chai tea latte and literally all of them tasted like water except for tai chi latte. Very disappointed, specially after being in line for so long.

Honestly every sb has its moments? But when you place a mobile order and get in the line... as you are supposed to? The lady goes you placed the order too soon and got in the line too fast? Like okay, all she had to say was it may take them time or move forward? Even though there was no one else in the line. There is a way to let a customer know they got in the line too fast? Of course we would take heed and not do it next time but the way it came arose was rude. And the drinks unfortunately at this sb are never it/: so it's the icing on top.
