The workers here are outstanding. They are very quick and do a good job at keeping the store clean even during a rush. I drive pass 2 different subways just to come to this one!!!

I Placed my order at 1:47, (App) said that my order will be ready at 2:00 and has been updated me saying its being made then it says its ready so i head over to Subway.After arriving and waiting for the sandwich artist to finish with the customer he was serving, he gets to me and BEGINS my order at 2:07... my order hasn't even been started yet.Then as I watch him start my sub by pulling the bread out of the rack and lays it down on the parchment paper, he walks off and never returns.After some time a woman walks in and starts serving the customer after me, then a another one until she finally starts on mine. WOWBy this time it's ALREADY 2:30 and my 2 subs that I ordered are finally ready.Had I known that I could have asked for the BOGO deal for the footlong in person (like the customer after me) instead of the app, I would have just gone to the store at 1:47, instead of wasting 14 minutes watching TV before heading to the store.What's the whole point of the app if they get my order AND UPDATE ME THAT MY ORDER IS READY but won't start it until I arrive.I'm pissed & upset that this was my first time ordering through the app & especially having to wait 30 minutes on a MOBILE ORDER.

This location is awful. I’ve given it a shot 3 times and each time I’ve ordered, they wait an hour to say my order has been cancelled. I went in this time and waited 35+ minutes for my order. Not sure what’s going on here but this is the worst location I’ve been

Greeted by a very rude lady, who stated, "I'm not making more bread, you can pick from something we have prepared." Also, very rude to my children as well as they were trying to decide what to order.. (it takes a 9 year old a second to look at the menu options, which was taking too long for the rude lady) We ended up leaving without food and had lunch elsewhere.

I placed an online order 30 minutes ahead of time for two footlongs. Got there on time and was barely greeted, there were two people working. Went over to pickup shelves and no order yet. Stood there for 5 minutes before I asked if my order was received. The lady said yes, but they got a last-minute catering order for a funeral and were wrapping that up (the two men getting that order were indeed standing there). Employee offered me a drink while I waited which I accepted. After they finished the large order, they proceeded to take care of two walk-in customers while I was still sitting there waiting! Finally got my order 30 minutes late and was told that the manager was aware of the issue (manager wasn't there) and that I can call on Monday to voice my concerns and get a free order the next time. Next time??!!! There will not be a next time for me at this location!! Employees need to proactively acknowledge customers instead of ignoring them and hoping they will just go away. A little effort to explain what happened before I stood there for 5 minutes and had to ask would have been nice. I work in a very competitive service industry as a manager and rarely complain about service but today was exceptionally poor. I definitely will not return to this store

My boyfriend and I of 4 years been going to this subway as a cheap date and we loved every minute of it until today…2 people where working and they kept calling the boss not knowing what to do we where waiting for 30 mins to order I wish I was exaggerating… not to mention the guy who kept calling the boss, kept flirting with me right in front of my boyfriend!!! The second guy clocked out in the middle of trying to make my boyfriends sandwich, and my boyfriend had to ask for the other guy to finish making my boyfriend sandwich! They were also low on inventory, and I asked them for Angus and they gave me beef… like if you’re going to work there at least know what meat is which… I hate writing this review I never write reviews but it’s some thing that must be saidI’m so sorry, but I will not be coming back…

Heather at Bartonville Town Center, is unfit for managment. She refused to issue a refund or provide a substitute for turkey sub that had an odd taste. Not even one that cost less. Instead she lectured me that no one had ever complained before. She treated me with scorn and ridicule without concern for other customers who were noticeably embarrassed.
