I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I had a disappointing experience at this Target location. When I asked the cashier, Jordan, how he was doing, he responded with, “I really don’t wanna be here,” in a dismissive tone. His attitude came off as unprofessional and made the interaction uncomfortable. I understand everyone has bad days, but as a customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I had just gotten off of work myself and was very tired and just wanted to get a quick errand done on my way home, and I wish I hadn’t gone at all, because it only made my night worse. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that store leadership addresses it and ensures better customer service in the future.

A very nice young man named Grant helped me in the store today. He had interesting hair that resembled Frank Ocean but he was very nice and helpful. 10/10 Customer Service

I love target but the customer service is terrible. Some cashier named Jonas was really rude and would just slam receipts down on the counter. He also ignores the divider and starts ringing up items that are someone elses. He was just rude.

BIG thanks to Hevin for helping locate an item that was supposedly in store based on the Target app, but was nowhere to be found when I arrived. In addition to that, she made sure I took a picture of the lower in-store price -on her scanner- versus the higher more expensive price seen on the Target app just in case somehow, the higher price rang up during my checkout. Everything was good in the end and it all started with Hevin!!

Every day their prices go up, but the quality goes down. Half a week ago I bought a salad for $3.45, without any coupons or sales. That same salad today was a dollar more at full price, however they were all marked down because they were close to expiring, and the markdown price was $3.65! More expensive than the fresh salad I bought 3 days ago? I can’t rationalize that

I went to this Target location at 7:00pm today and received such amazing customer service that I had to leave a review. I had asked an associate to help me find some summer dresses and she was so kind and walked me right over to the section I was looking for! I have not experienced such great customer service for a long while, and I genuinely appreciate the associates attentiveness and kindness. Thank you Journey for your amazing customer service and kindness. I will be coming back to this location again. -Saturday 04/12/25

Very rude. Just tried calling to get pokemon cards for my son, and was hung up on. I get people are going crazy for them, but some of us aren't scalpers.. do better

Awful customer service. I rarely feel the need to express this since I understand how difficult customer service at a minimum wage rate can be, but holy cow. Drowning you with questions about memberships and the app when I’d just like to pay and leave. And when politely declining the credit card offer, I was asked “you don’t want it that bad” with an attitude. Almost had half a mind to leave without buying anything. Unacceptable.

I wouldn’t go to this target at all always under stocked and when I do drive up I constantly have to go back because of missing orders, or wrong items. The staff is also very rude especially one of the manager when it comes to helping. When I was asking about my missing order and just wanted a refund instead the guy kept cutting me off and rolling his eyes instead of trying to help me. Also when shopping here I’m always feeling watched as well which makes me feel very uncomfortable. I believe it’s because of my race but I digress. I wouldn’t shop here unless you like bad service.

Easy to find what I'm looking for and able to get grocery items & clothing etc is a plus. I personally like the opportunity to use self checkout when I have few items but they all have been closed at the Flower Mound location. All personnel are friendly.

This time of year can be absolutely crazy and many workers can be a bit grouchy b/c of that.
I just left Target and Isabelle was the exact opposite. Thoroughly impressed with her incredible attitude and genuine smile.
Thank you, Isabelle! I hope Target realizes what they have in you!

We have been trying to get guest services to pick up the phone for literally an hour… some merchandise was not given to us and we are in need or help, but no one will answer.
