I had hip pain for months that continued to get worse. I went to the joint and they identified the problem quickly and began treatment which was very affordable. After about a months worth of visits if not less, my hip pain completely disappeared. It’s been several months since I discontinued treatment and the pain has not come back. Highly recommended! Great experience all around.

I see two doctors here on a weekly basis. Dr Cannon and Dr Buckley. The joint is only as good as the doctors, and this place has two that are excellent. I bring my whole family here. Ellie at the from desk is always a joy and remembers me and my family

Please be careful about this “The Joint” location. I used their service for sometime and terminated my account. However, they kept my credit card records and kept charging me for months together. When I raised this concern, there was no response at all and after many attempts their management informed that there was some problem with their call center and further tried to push some more service to me rather refunding the amount. After my continuous refusal, they finally refunded the amount after visiting the place personallyThe story doesn’t end here. After couple months they again started charging my credit card. Again after my requests they informed that they have removed my records from their system one more time stating some problem with their IT departmentI am not 100% sure now and anxious if they start charging me again sometime. I am also not sure if my credit card records are removed permanently from their system. This is the 3rd time they are assuring me that my account is deleted and my information has been removed permanently from their systemI am sure, I will not be the only victim of this type of unprofessional handlingBhavesh

Really like this place. I've been to a lot of chiropractors and The Joint is the quickest and easiest place I've been. The chiropractors at the Flower Mound and Denton locations are friendly and listen and the monthly plan is incredibly cheap. Would definitely recommend.

I have had terrible pain in upper thigh, Dr Buckley has been working with me with adjustments, teaching me stretching techniques and overall wellness tips.I'm feeling so much better and my pain has decreased dramatically ?❤

Dr. Cannon is amazing!! He has been helping me heal from my injuries (shoulder bursitis and spine disk bulge) and recover after my explant surgery. It’s a joy to talk to him; Dr. Cannon gives valuable advice after every visit. I been feeling so much better. Thank you!!?

Dr.Cannon has been incredible help. I started my back pain in January he put my on a plan of coming every week for at least 3 months . My back pain started from lifting weights and wearing heels all the time. Exactly 3 months and I’m back on track able to perform regular activities. I highly recommend Dr.Cannon for adjust and back and nerve pain.

The service is unmatched, been to multiple chiropractors over the years and the joint has been the best. The Flower Mound location is hands down the best one, they treat everyone like family and solve so many of my physical pains.

I first came to the joint when my longtime chiro was not available for a few weeks. I have loved my care at the joint. Each doctor listened to my issues and adjusted me accordingly. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Great place for care. The whole team is friendly and accommodating. The Joint has several different plans with different numbers of visits, pricing, etc. One nice feature is you can visit other Joints ( like if you were travelling or had one close to work vs. home.) I linked my hsa card for my recurring plan. Check it out.

I love this location! The chiropractors in this office are attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and consistent. I’ve seen great improvement in my neck pains that have often led to debilitating migraines. All of the staff have been consistently friendly and engaging. I would and have recommended them!

My name is Chris. First, I would like to say that your service for my wife was awesome. It really helped her numbness in her arm and hand. The chiropractor definitely knew what he was doing. However, I do have an issue as far as services and payment. Let me just explain the outline of our discussion for treatment.. Our initial evaluation with your chiropractor was good. He suggested 8 sessions in a one-month period. He explained how these sessions will definitely help and also explained we may not even need all 8. ( which we only used 6) I agreed and said yes let’s pursue this and get wifey better. I paid 118.00 for the month and the 8 sessions. Great. Now me not paying no mind. I checked my bank acct this month for December and noticed I had a charge for 89 dollars. Wasn't sure what is was for. After investigating i realized it was a charge from The joint. I definitely was a little confused.. I went back to November and October and realized I was also charged those two months from The Joint. Again a bit dismayed. I called (office in Flower Mound) and spoke to the young lady there. I explained to her the situation and I would like a refund since i never agreed for anything more than one month. We emailed back and fourth and in the long run it was my fault because we signed the agreement. She said she would refund us the last payment but for any other refunds it would need to go to management. Now, initially the only discussion we had with the employee was the one month 8 sessions. The employee sent me the signed agreement and my wife and I both reviewed it. Come to find out we DID NOT fill out the form your employee did and after she did she had us sign without explanation. We are assuming we are signing the form for the one month only. Now in one of your last reviews you said this for a customer complaint "We're so sorry to hear your concerns. We work very hard to ensure that our staff clearly explains all of the policies..." Im sorry but if they had explained that there would be recurring payments we definitely would of raised the flag and said no. Now I assure you that imnot a person that wants something for nothing. I just want what's fair and a refund for October and November.
