I went to The Lash Lounge for about 3 months. My first appointment was great, but after that almost every appointment was cancelled or rescheduled. At my last visit, a different artist told me I needed more lashes, but never gave me any estimate of the cost. When she finished, she informed me she had actually removed lashes that were still intact, and I was charged an extra $30+ without my consent. A few weeks later, I had them removed elsewhere and was told my natural lashes had been severely damaged. I felt completely misled and taken advantage of…this was not only unprofessional but also harmful.

Emma is hands down the best lash tech I’ve ever been to! She’s not only incredibly talented at what she does, but she’s also such a sweet and talkative person that you feel comfortable right away. The whole appointment flies by because she’s so easy to chat with, and you leave feeling beautiful every single time. She truly cares about her clients and it shows in her work. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I visited this location last Saturday October 19th. It was such a wonderful experience from the time I walked in to the time I left.when I walked in I was greeted by a nice gentleman. The young lady who did my lashes I believe may be a student. Her name I believe was Emma. I work at cava in the area. I have gotten so many compliments from customers at work. I told them where to go. Emma thank you for making me feel so beautiful. I can't wait to return. I recommend the Lash Lounge .

I will not be going back. I got my lashes done for my birthday and they were falling out constantly. If I knew I was gonna drop 150 for lashes that were just gonna fall out I would have got strip lashes instead. Never ever going again. ALSO, this place needs to stop blowing up my phone everyday.
At least the staff was nice but the actual work was poor in quality.

Let me begin with positive feedback: the staff who assisted me when I arrived was extremely kind.
However, my confirmed appointment was cancelled upon my arrival. The staff mentioned they tried to reach me but couldn’t get through. Why would you cancel my appointment after it was booked, accepted, and confirmed? There was no valid reason disclosed.
I had a lamination appointment, which was cancelled, so I requested to have my brows threaded. Honestly, I regret that decision because my brows look the same, with no noticeable changes. It seemed the staff didn’t use the correct method to clean them.
This was my first experience, and it was extremely disappointing!

I love this place! From the moment I walk in the door the experience is unforgettable! The staff is charming and lovely. The lash beds are super cozy and my lashes are always so gorgeous!

Worst experience! They doubled the price from $109 to $240. I talked to the manager and she rudely told me that someone from her team notified me but nobody told me about the price change! So disappointed with this place!
