I called for a post office box and they told me I needed to come into the store. When I got to the store they said they have a new system and the person left at 2pm. Why tell me to come in? It was the same kid I talked to on the phone. I fear for our youth.

I rarely leave reviews but Robin at this location is a rockstar and was able to get 4 different packages quickly handled for me to 4 different parts of the country. I was in a time crunch in getting out birthday presents, and so nice to have someone flawlessly handle so I could take a deep breathe and relax. She is very customer centric and knows her stuff, they are very lucky to have her!
