My recent encounter with this pharmacy left me quite dissatisfied. I reached out to inquire about the earliest I could refill my prescription, and the experience was far from pleasant. The staff member who assisted me seemed disinterested and provided minimal information.When I asked about the refill timeline, the response I received was vague and unhelpful. It felt as though they were not interested in providing assistance or addressing my concerns. Clear communication and guidance are crucial when it comes to medications, and unfortunately, this pharmacy fell short in that aspect.I understand that businesses can have busy periods, but that should not be an excuse for neglecting customer inquiries. I expected a more knowledgeable and courteous response, but unfortunately, my experience left me feeling frustrated.As a customer, I believe in the importance of reliable and informative customer service, especially when it involves matters of health. This pharmacy's performance in this area has room for improvement, and I hope they take this feedback to heart and work on enhancing their customer interactions.

Friendly staff, great pharmacists. They take time to explain any new meds you may be taking and what to expect. They also take Good RX pricing which can result in substantial savings!

Worst pharmacy in the world. Racist white lady at the pharmacy counter is rude and will give u the worst attitude. Very short tempered and doesn't understand the concept of customer service. If you are having a bad day, keep your attitude at home

I checked out in the self check this afternoon, the light went off for cashier, she came over i tried to tell her why, she was rude and kept interrupting me. finished my transaction light went off again.
