Absolutely a horrible experience where I had to drive out there multiple times wasting over an hour each time for them either to turn me away saying that their computer system was broken. Mind you this is a company that literally fixes computers. Or then turning me away and declining my warranty repair of my Samsung phone despite the fact that they are a flagship Samsung repair outlet they refuse to repair my Samsung phone under warranty.
Not only that they did so in an extremely rude way. Causing me to be extremely upset in ways that I should not need to be made upset.
This place should definitely have their rights to repair Samsung under warranty taken away. Samsung should not do business with unprofessional companies like this.
It's not just this location because in the past I have had problems with the Southlake location as well which are not a flagship location like this for Samsung.
Either way save yourself some time and avoid the frustration of dealing with these unprofessional clowns at this location.
Despite them not wanting to repair my phone under warranty washing did at THEIR direct outlet in less time that I wasted here

You replaced the battery on my iphone. I had to get the screen replaced too. Which i understood.
But the screen keeps going dark unless i take it out of the case.
Apple said the connector must be loose. I will be bringing the phone in to get this resolved!!
