Randy was excellent to work with! He was able to get a 30 minute turnaround on replacing my broken screen. Reasonably priced too—much cheaper than Apple! Will definitely come here again if needed. Highly recommend!

This place is notorious for messing up your screen replacement and overcharging. Here's my story. I got a quote of $199 for an iPhone 12 pro max screen replacement and when I got to pay it said 324, when asked she said it had the wrong part and adjusted the price. Now when I checked my phone the screen isn't installed properly, it kept clicking when I touch it.The lady says, oh sorry probably not enough glue and took it back. As I sat there waiting, another lady shows up to collect her phone and they said sorry we accidentally dropped your phone and we're putting a new screen it'll take just a little longer.All of this does not instill confidence, why doesn't asurion ensure they are trained properly. They are quick to sign me up for these protection plans but not so quick in spending resources on training and ensuring quality standards are followed. Such a horrible company to deal with.

I stopped into the Flower Mound location on Cross Timbers and Randy helped out. Unfortunately a piece of my lightning charger broke off and was stuck in my charger port. I could not get it out on my own and Randy was able to get it out in about a minute. I was not charged for this service, which was unexpected and very appreciated. I would highly recommend going to see Randy if it is needed.

Came in ready to drop big bucks on my fiancee's phone. He's super hard on his phone due to his occupation being in irrigation. His phone stopped charging on him. We brought it in just for a kind gentleman to clean it out for free. Apparently thats all it needed! Thank you guys so much! You truly helped us out majorly!!!

I took a laptop in to see if it could be repaired but was told it was not salvageable. They offered to transfer my data off the hard drive for $99 but I declined. I picked up my computer and a few months later asked my son to take out the hard drive so I could dispose of it. When he opened the laptop the hard drive and several other parts were missing. I contacted the corporate office and was told this wasn't unusual and it's no big deal but they were very sorry. So BEWARE when taking in your computer for repair. Find a company that is reputable and won't steal parts off your computer.

Stopped by to get my daughter's phone looked at. They said they needed to order a battery and would call me in a couple of days. Never happened. After about 2 weeks, I started getting surveys asking how the service was so I eventually called and they said that someone declined my order. They have no record of who declined or what phone number they called. I checked my phone records and no one called me from any of their numbers. So not only are they incompetent, they're liars.

They can fix just about anything, but they do not stand behind their warranty. They make up a bunch of excuses why the phone isn't working, claiming they see physical evidence of damage when there isn't any visible evidence.Update: I went into the store again to show that the phone screen works part of the time. A different person said that it wasn't damaged like I was told, but then he went to the back, and they discovered a whole new excuse why they wouldn't cover the warranty. I wonder if I go back in a couple days if they will come up with new excuses.

I went in for a cracked camera lens in hopes to not cost so much to fix. It indeed was not! Very affordable. And it was fixed so well that it looked like it never broke. I also did not have to wait very long for it! The customer service was amazing and very kind as well!

The most unprofessional and unapologetic people that i have seen in recent time. They have no regard for your time. They never accept their mistake and anything for it, and make you go through all the painfull steps when its not needed. Went in with a scree repair appointment, walkout after 4 attempts with a phone that that has GPS not working. They messed up the GPS antenna ,but blaming it ok software . Made me reset the phone for no reason. Problem still not solve, but they never take responsibiltly. Better to go anywhere else than here!!!! Glad they changed their name. Its They who will break things and now it upto you to fix it... highly irritated by their abnoxious behavior

Randy repair the face of my Fitbit watch today in less than 5 minutes. All the employees at this Asurion lication have always been very helpful with any device I bring to them. Levi has helped me in the past as well. They also stand behind their work.

The representative was very knowledgeable about how to get our phone replaced quickly as Aaron was leaving for work out of town and he had to have a phone in order to know what location. He only had to miss one day's work because the phone had not arrived. Once the phone came in he helped get all the contacts transferred over and made this unfortunate event pleasant.

The issue for my laptop running slowly was not resolved. I have had my laptop back for a week or so now and it still runs very slow as it did before. On top of the issue not being fixed, when I dropped my laptop off, there were no scratches on the new covering that I had gotten for my computer. However, when I picked it up to take home, the top of my laptop had been scratched up. When I asked the young woman at the counter about the scratches, she replied saying my computer was sitting under a cardboard box. She proceeded to wipe the top of the computer off, but that did nothing for the new scratches on my laptop. She explained that she did not know anything about it and to call the next day. I would have gotten over the scratches if the computer was performing as it should. There was also no explanation as to what was done to the computer while they had it. As far as I know, all they did was delete somethings in hopes of it running faster. It was my first time trying this location because it's closer to my home. I think I will return to the Southlake location instead. It's a much further drive but worth the customer service.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.Jesse was knowledgeable and forthright in her assessment and did the best possible to get me going on the backup on a laptop with water damage. Thank you! Highly recommend! They did what Microsoft or best but couldn’t do.

This is truly a mixed bag review. I took a phone in for glass repair, I had used the phone for a week before the repair and they had been diligent enough to order a battery as well (which it did need as I had noticed after the damage the battery was not lasting as long). I get the phone back, and the touch screen was acting oddly. The tech is telling me I'm not swiping correctly after I've had no issues before and owned it for two years- seriously? The next day when I was set to hit the road I found the speaker and mic were now also messed up. I took it back in immediately. They had to order parts and called me when those came in for the phone to be dropped off again. I dropped it off a week later and upon picking it back up was even worse with the touch screen and the speaker/mic issue was still present. They requested me to leave it with them overnight so their manager could do the repair and have it for me by noon the next day. Noon came and went with no update. I called them at 1 and was told it would be ready at 2, it wasn't ready until 2:30 and the problems were not fixed. At this time I was told to contact assurance (google fi claims) about them not being able to fix it. The ticket was unable to be closed by either side, this whole scenario went on for OVER a month from the first date I brought the phone in. I finally gave up and ordered a new phone. The entire time the only way for me to make or take a reliable call was through my car. Upon first taking the phone in so they could examine it and order parts, I had noticed they fixed consoles, so I had brought our wii in before the issues of phone came to light, but of course I was now second guessing our decision in doing so. So far we've only noticed one glitch during game play, but it's only been played three times since bringing it home. I'm hoping this might redeem them a bit as it was a horrible experience with the phone. They are also very poor in their time estimates of having things done, or follow through when they say they'll call. I dealt with many different people at this location during all of this and there was one girl who was on top of it in terms of getting back to when she said, I don't know her name, but she knows who she is.
