Came in for an oil change. Vehicle has 4.4-qt capacity. They drained out 3 quarts and refilled 4.4 quarts. I expressed concern, but was told the final level was ok. I drove away and re-checked the level. Not surprisingly, it was significantly overfilled. I got back at the end of a long line and waited again. This time, I directed them to drain the oil out of the drain plug instead of that vacuum thing from the top. They drained it without replacing the filter, and then proceeded to add the wrong capacity (4.4 quarts is capacity WITH filter), which left me once again with an over-filled mix of old and new oil. I had enough at that point after spending 2 hours there.

Major props to the 2 people working here when it was busy today and took care of my oil change! No complaints to them! Only complaint I have is to the management on scheduling only 2 people to work during a busy day, and these 2 employees are overwhelmed!

I had a great experience and I saved money with a coupon that was sent to me when I called customer service. They were kind of busy but still took no longer than 20 minutes from arrival to completion of the full service oil change. They were very professional and also verbally confirmed every step of the process with me and communicated really well with the rest of the team. I've never seen that before.

Excellent service. They went above and beyond to take care of the car and get us out quickly. John is top notch!

The guys in the bay do not give clear instructions. They seem more interested in clowning around with one another. Then they speak to the customer like he is one of their pals not a paying customer. Extremely rude. Dissatisfied. Glad that another oil change business is coming across the street.

Service was fast and less expensive than other local places. They spilled oil on the engine (stunk while it burned off for a couple of days) and on the fender, didn't bother to make any effort to clean it off.

After coming in to get a inspection and oil change we discovered that they didn't have the right parts from my oil change. A couple weeks later it looked like I had a oil leak so I took it to the Dealership. They discovered that the oil cap was missing and almost all my oil was gone. When I came in today and told them about it, the manager had an attitude and said we can't give you a discount for an old cap.I spent a lot of money cleaning my engine getting it detailed and my driveway with oil all over it.I've been coming into this location since the day they opened and this is my last trip ever. The service has really gone down Hill. I hope the best for the owner but if this keeps up I don't know how he will stay in business.

I went there for an oil change, waited for 20 min. Some guy came over, opened my hood and said “ we don’t have oil for this truck” .

Usually good but last time i went the musclehead punched my air filter housing trying to get it back into place and ultimately misaligned it and now im having engine problems. Housing was bulging into the coolant reservoir, plastic tabs that shoulda been outside were inside with filter. Locking tabs were misaligned by half an inch to an inch. If i,need a new engine i'll be suing for it.

I went here yesterday to get my oil changed. According to the website, the oil change includes a new oil filter. They didn't pull the drain plug from underneath. Didn't even go under the car, nobody in the pit at all, but rather used a suction device connected to a hose to suck the oil out from the top. NO NEW OIL FILTER!! It occurred to me once i got home that as soon as they sucked the oil out they immediately refilled it. There wasn't any way they had enough time between the time they pulled the hose out from the top and refilled it to change the oil filter! Simply charged me over$100 and sent me on my way!! I will NEVER go here again. I advise all not to go here! Go to a place that delivers what they claim they will on their advertisements. Now I have to go elsewhere and spend another $100+ to get it done right. No brake fluid check, no battery check (the guy did fill the water and wiper fluid). Just suck the oil out the top and charge me money!! Highly disappointed customer. I wish that I would have read the reviews first. So many warnings!! At this point im not even sure i have the right oil in my car! I would've been better off giving my money to someone that actually needs it, rather than throwing it away with these guys!! I will be sure to let everybody I know what happened via conversation, via social media, on and on...I got robbed!!! I'd like a full refund, but if customer service matches the finished product, then my money has been wasted!!! So Very disappointed. You will never see my car or any of my family's cars ever again!!Yet another bad review for your establishment!!!!

It made me nervous that the car technician Tyler was trying to work on 3 cars at once. I didn't think he was paying attention to what he was doing. While hurrying he dropped a drill bit under my hood when he was checking my air filter and then he couldn't find it. I also have greasy handprints on my hood.I didn't like the high-pressure sales pitch to change my air filter and put something in my gas. I just wanted an oil change.Service: Oil change

I didn’t bring my truck here to have trainees work on it. They broke a stud bolt on the rear axle on a routine service/tire rotation. They had two, or three different guys doing my tire rotation. I don’t know how you keep track of which wheels are torqued when using that process. The guy doing the oil filter changed took it on and off multiple times. I have no idea what was done correctly. They want me to come back to have the stud replaced, but I am going to get in contact with a manager to have it resolved at a dealer. I have zero confidence in going back. Waste of time and money.

Initially I really like this place. Everyone is very polite, efficient and professional. I own a 2015 Q5 and usually go to my dealership to have my oil changed for around $120. I decided in late early July that I would try this place out. I had no issues and was in and out quick. Around August, i received an alert on my vehicle that is was time for an oil change. I thought that was very odd because I usually only went to havey oil changed 1-2 tes a year with dealership. I gave it the benefit of the doubt as now I live in flower mound and travel to Dallas for work. I came August 28th and had the car serviced and experienced the same prompt polite service. On September 25th, my oil light came on again and now for sure i thought this can't be? I hasn't even been a month.I went back as soon as i could on the 28th to find out what is going on. I was told that they were not sure why the sensor was going off. The young man said that It wasn't a big deal that I should just wait u til it's time to have it serviced again which would be in 1000 miles. No check was done to the car and no further attempt to figure out why I'm back again. I decided to call my dealership and their first question was what type of oil did they put in your car. I would assume that since I'm going to valvoline, they would know what it recommended for my car and if they were putting something else in that they would notify me. I found out that they have been putting the incorrect oil in my car and that is why I've been going so often. I've spent over $100 each time and have come twice in 2 months on oil changes on the incorrect oil!!! Why??? You guys are the experts and should know what goes in a specific car. This is absolutely unacceptable and I feel that we are going to these people as the experts in their trade. Of you don't have the appropriate oil for my car you must inform me so I can make the decision on downgrading. This seems dishonest to not inform the customer and cause the customer to have to come more often and pay more over time.Unacceptable.UPDATE:Even though on this thread someone "reached out " nothing was done. They insist they used the correct oil per the owners manual, but in speaking to multiple different resources, 5w-30 oil is recommended for my car not 0w-30. Further more after some back and forth they promised a supervisor would call and never received a call.
