Jared was absolutely amazing! He helped me a lot with figuring out issues with my phone. I believe it was hacked. My phone had some damage. I would never have thought of using insurance. My Ottorbox is broken, and he reminded me that it's lifetime guaranteed. I live in Lewisville, but the Verizon on Stemmons is 100% awful....I'll come here from now on.

Much like Tony the tiger, Tony is Greeeeeat. He was a tremendous help to my wife and I figuring out our plans that were scrambled with phone payments on 5 of 6 lines from our family, because everyones phone payment was linked to someone elses line due to upgrade steals.

5 stars for this location in person experience. Everyone was so friendly, responsive and helpful! However that 1800 number is useless and got hung up on before I could click the link for the chat so that gets 1 star.

The worst managed Verizon store in the DFW area. Be prepared to wait at least an hour.

I had already called the 800 Verizon number which was very frustrating. Afterwards, I called Apple which was very good and had spent over 1 hour on the phone and then with another Apple Supervisor who then told me my problem was with my carrier, Verizon. She said she thought it was a sim card problem. I made an appt and went in on Saturday. Anthony greeted me as soon as I came into the store. He checked out the phone. Then he said he would repIace the sim card. We made test calls and the problem was solved in 15 minutes. I had excellent service provided by Anthony Castillo. He was professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly as well! Hopefully Verizon will continue to hire employees like Anthony who know their job and get that job done well! Thank you Anthony for the great service!

Beau provided the BEST customer service, I’ve experienced! He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the whole process. He effectively communicated with me over a span of three days. His patience and joyful spirit really help me stay sane through the process. Because, Beau is such a rockstar, He’ll be my Verizon Rep, forever!Larry, the Business Rep was delightful to work with too. He explained every step of the process to me alongside, Beau.Marc is an incredible manager! He allows the customer to express their issue, and assembles a plan of action together.The whole staff at Verizon Flower Mound deserve 5 STARS! Thank you for taking care of me; I appreciate you all!

Don't get it. Ordered the new home 5g service. Modem never showed up. Tried calling in to get it fixed. All I did was get bounced around and wasted my time. Then they called me today asking why the service wasn't activated. Well Verizon screwed up big. Still can't get service set up. They don't give me a order number or location number to get the account set up. Now I'm paying for service I'm not getting

Rude, with poor service.I was told by my wife to come with my ID and pick up our new phones, so we could transfer our service to Verizon.When I walked in there was a gray-haired and a black-haired person speaking to each other and I was not acknowledged in any form.I politely said after a couple of minutes of waiting hello how are you doing.The gray-haired person snapped and said I see you and I'll be with you in a minute and then they continued to talk about a personal story and over to my right another customer who looked like she was bored rolled her eyes and shook her head.Once I was acknowledged they told me that I had to bring the credit card my wife used to start the order plus call Verizon again to add my name to the account. What a complete waste of time driving over here and being on the phone forever with them this is awful.We will stay at our current carrier and cancel our order.And I don't care about your cookie-cutter response about how you're sorry because all the other reviews state similar things.

I walked in and asked a staff member to unlock my phone. He said it was already unlocked. I explained that it wasn't. He told me to call Verizon, and I asked him if he could call Verizon, and he said he could, but then just stared at me until I left. After 45 minutes on hold with Verizon, they told me I needed to go to a store.

I would highly suggest this official Verizon store over the others that are out there. I would also suggest asking for Kyle because he is very professional and is very knowledgeable with all devices and current promotions. We have used other locations but never received the amazing service we got from this location. Thank you Kyle for the excellent service. The only issue we had was with Mark. He told me he would make sure we got the $800 discount on our trade in but he would have to fill out the paperwork to do this since I had scheduled to send it into Verizon. He said it would take 48 hours for the cell to be out of the system and after that he would fill out the paperwork. We went back five days later and the cellphone paperwork was still not done but Kyle was able to fix that issue within 2 minutes. Unsure why Mark is a manager that can't do a simple task. If I was the owner I would replace Mark and give his manager postion to Kyle. Customer service should always be first and Kyle does put the customer first. I hope the owner can fix this issue and keep up the great job Kyle.
