Maxwell was the photo tech representative that helped me out. He was able to get the photo I needed in a timely manner. He provided excellent customer service and even called me when the photo was complete. I look forward to coming back. Maxwell did amazing and took care of my needs, I think most photo tech representatives should aspire to be more like Maxwell, he was positive and very friendly.

I visited the Walgreens in Flower Mound off Cross Timbers today at 6PM with my youngest daughter to pick up some prescriptions. While waiting at the pharmacy counter for about 5-8 minutes, my six-year-old daughter wandered into the next aisle to choose a toy. After finishing my purchase, I went to check on her, only to discover she hadn’t picked anything. She expressed her indecision and urgently needed to use the restroom. With my bag of prescriptions in hand, I quickly took her to the restroom, which took about 1-2 minutes. Upon returning to the toy aisle, she quickly decided she wanted candy instead.
As we made our way to the candy aisle near the front of the store, I noticed a store clerk, whom I believe is named James, walk over to the end of the aisle, as if he was looking for something or someone. I thought he was going to ask if we needed help finding anything, as the staff there typically will ask, but he didn’t. While checking out, I noticed two Flower Mound police officers enter the store. At that point, I was just focused on completing my purchase and heading home after a long day.
Upon leaving, one of the two officers quickly made his way back to the squad car and followed me closely to my home. It dawned on me that the Walgreens staff had called the police on us. Although the officer never pulled me over, his close follow made it seem like that was his intention, but it appeared the situation was called off once I reached my driveway.
Once my daughter and I were safely inside our home, I called Walgreens and asked to speak with the store manager who went by the name, Maxwell. After I explained what had happened, he claimed he had no idea what was going on and needed to consult with the front clerk. After placing me on hold, he returned to say that the police had indeed arrived and went to the back of the store because “they were on a mission,” yet he still had no clarity on the situation. I questioned how a store manager could be unaware of such events, but he still couldn't provide an answer.
The purpose of this review is to highlight the unsettling experience my daughter and I faced. If you’re looking for a feeling of being stalked, bullied, confused, and terrified while being followed by the Flower Mound Police Department, I would highly recommend a visit to this Walgreens location.

My mother recently had hip surgery. After going to pick up her prescription the first time I was denied trying to get it, my mother proceeded to call the pharmacist to figure out what the issue was. The lady was very rude and unprofessional and told my mother to change where she got her medication sent since she had a problem. I understand that we are humans and can have bad days, but this was unacceptable.

It's your typical walgreens, not much else to say. My main concern is this short wierd looking guy that walks in once in a while, he keeps flipping out about some guy with long hair touching his own hair then proceeds to roll around the floor until they have to kick him out. The manager had to stop him multiple times from taking his clothes off and flashing the customers. The staff are friendly and feel bad for them having to deal with this guy.

I had my prescription resent twice and waited almost two hours and all the pharm tech told me was “sometimes our system doesn’t receive it.” Imagine if I was in need of a medication that supported my well-being. What a terrible system and facility.

The customer service at this location is horrible! The guy that is the front cashier with the long hair seriously needs to STOP touching his hair and face when cashing customers out. It's disgusting and very unsanitary. I have talked to a manager before about this but I doubt anything was done because the dude is still doing it. Will be calling corporate to inform them if nothing is done about this.

The management in this store doesn’t care about the customer. They care about money only. The sale invalid gift cards, and then tell you they can not help. If you ask for phone number to the customer service for Walgreens they give off the wall number.
When filling prescription they pay no attention to new scripts that have been sent in. I have moved all my business to Tom Thumb.
Customer be on alert if you are filling prescription and check before you leave store.
I wish I could give a negative number, because a 1 is not deserved.

Very high prices, stupid schemes like "buy one, get one 50% off" and the promise of "Walgreens bucks", which, as it turns out, you don't actually get until the next visit, and that fact is buried in microscopically tiny small print. The only thing they do right is label "OTC Approved" items bet you can purchase with your allowance for over the counter product.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. I call in a prescrption to be refilled and it's supposed to be ready the next day. They then say that it's not in stock and won't be in for three days. They never bothered to order it. This has happened time and time again.

The most useless customer service ever. They just pick up the phone and put it back down without even addressing you. Then when they finally do answer, they refuse to tell you anything and make you guess why they called you! If you're going to be that awful of customer service, just don't have a phone!
