digital pharmacy kiosk? No thanks

Used to be my favorite pharmacy. Have been getting walk-in vaccines here for years. Yesterday I was intercepted by a shift lead who directed me to use the new check-in system: scan a QR or use a kiosk. I HATE these things. I hate having to pull out my readers and wrestle with my phone or touch germy public screens to enter a bunch of information that isn’t even relevant, when literally one sentence to a pharmacy tech would do. The shift lead couldn’t even tell me if it would work for walk-in vaccines, if they were even currently doing walk-in vaccines, and she was unwilling to ask the pharmacy tech standing five feet away. It is still a mystery because I left. I was the only customer in the store.

This location was nearest one for FedEx drop. I dropped my package here on Friday(Feb-21-2025) at 4:00 pm. The young man at the cash counter took it and refused to give any reciept that the package was recieved. Instead he took my phone number and said you will get a meesage from fed-ex on your phone. Never got any message so went to check on Sat afternoon. No one had any clue of wether the Package was picked up by Fed-ex or lost or stolen. They had absolutely no idea when I asked to check their device which was used to photogragh my package. The lady said it did not have picture of my package. So what did the young employee do with my package?

Mr. Lee was amazing! He gave a very scared pregnant woman aka myself two shots and he was so calm and nice! Best part? It didn’t hurt! He was the best!

Asian pharmacist was incredibly rude and took over an hour to get a nebulizer bec he was “too busy” to turn around and get it off the shelf 3 feet behind him. Recommend using any other pharmacy.

Horrible experience! Despite my taking online appointments and checking in, they completely ignored me and took other patients. I was sitting at a visible location in the waiting area, and the staff could see me waiting, yet no one checked with me. They made me wait 40+ mins, and when I followed up with the lady at the check-in counter, she said the other girl overlooked my check-in. Then, the same lady administered my flu shot, which hurt more than usual. So, I asked if it was correctly administered. The lady said, “I am not good as others”. That raises a lot of questions. I will prefer other locations over this one.

Great Staffs! Pharmacists and other staffs are always helpful. Also, never seen any Walgreens so clean like this location.

Pharmacy hours are completely different from any other Walgreens and the store is never clean and nobody is helpful.

Photo section sucks. Lost my order multiple times. Print cuts off even when I adjust. The employees are nice but walgreens needs to be better and do better. Fix this. I'll find a new place to get my photos done. Also there is very few employees here so no one can help.
