The customer service at this location is horrible! The guy that is the front cashier with the long hair seriously needs to STOP touching his hair and face when cashing customers out. It's disgusting and very unsanitary. I have talked to a manager before about this but I doubt anything was done because the dude is still doing it. Will be calling corporate to inform them if nothing is done about this.

The management in this store doesn’t care about the customer. They care about money only. The sale invalid gift cards, and then tell you they can not help. If you ask for phone number to the customer service for Walgreens they give off the wall number.When filling prescription they pay no attention to new scripts that have been sent in. I have moved all my business to Tom Thumb.Customer be on alert if you are filling prescription and check before you leave store.I wish I could give a negative number, because a 1 is not deserved.

Very high prices, stupid schemes like "buy one, get one 50% off" and the promise of "Walgreens bucks", which, as it turns out, you don't actually get until the next visit, and that fact is buried in microscopically tiny small print. The only thing they do right is label "OTC Approved" items bet you can purchase with your allowance for over the counter product.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. I call in a prescrption to be refilled and it's supposed to be ready the next day. They then say that it's not in stock and won't be in for three days. They never bothered to order it. This has happened time and time again.

The most useless customer service ever. They just pick up the phone and put it back down without even addressing you. Then when they finally do answer, they refuse to tell you anything and make you guess why they called you! If you're going to be that awful of customer service, just don't have a phone!

I had the most amazing experience at this store here. My doctor called in prescriptions for me and I stopped by to give them my insurance information but the staff had already looked it up and was working on my prescriptions already. Even though it was my first time at this store. They let me know that I could wait on them if I wanted to.Multiple prescriptions filled in a timely manner. They made sure I had knowledge about each medication. They even call me a few days later to make sure I was okay. Each and every one of the staff members at this store is so very professional and caring and pleasant.

Very rude pharmacist asked if they knew about coupons for a particular med, said she knew nothing about $4 meds, and they didn't have access to the internet so had no way to help.

Pharmacy Review:I want to thank the team for helping me in a very desperate hour, as the Walgreens Round Grove in Lewisville completely dropped the ball. I cannot give enough stars to say how much I appreciate the compassion & customer service shown me.After numerous phone calls back and forth and the calls they had to make to BC on my behalf, the team managed to get my medications cancelled and refilled so my insurance would cover them. I recently had spinal surgery and was in a great deal of pain....its time like this when you know who really cares and who is part of your neighborhood.Thank you for all you did for me today!!

Not sure what their DL does. Looks clearly overstaffed. Waited in line for 5+ min and now I’m late for more than 30 min. And now I have to wait 45 min for their invisible appointments. ???

The people at the pharmacy are always on their best work flow! I’ve had to transfer meds since I moved closer to this area and while it can be tricky to deal with, the pharmacists always deal with it in a timely and helpful manner. That’s including in person AND over the phone :) great work!!

Husband and I had Covid-19 booster shots scheduled for 4:45 & 5pm. Waited over 1 hour to get the shot with several appointments coming in and after ours. The clerk continued check in others in an effort to bundle the shots. One guys appointment was literally at 5:50pm. If your planning to get your vaccine, I would highly recommend choosing any other place aside Walgreens.

I had a covid test scheduled today and when I arrived I was informed by a piece of paper on the window that the testing machine wasn't working and they could not give me a test. The tech informed me that it hadn't been working all week. When I ask why they let me book it in the first place or if they were going to notify customers, she said "I don't know". I even received a confirmation email this morning reminding me of the scheduled test. When I asked if I could reschedule or what my options were, she stated "try another Walgreens." I understand stuff breaks but the fact that they weren't going to notify another beforehand is very inconsiderate. I know times are tough right now but she could have cared less about helping me or others that are scheduled today.

This place is horrendous for COVID testing. My husband went to have his done on Sunday, and was not told it was MAILED ground through FedEx. They told him 2 days and instead it wasn’t even mailed until Monday and wasn’t even RECEIVED by the lab until today, three days later. By the time they run the test, it will be over a week which isn’t even an accurate picture of what my husband could have.Ridiculous. I went through CVS and had my results the next day and the same with Urgent Cares, even with the sent off PCR testing. And when you call their pharmacy rep, they don’t give a flip and basically try to pass it off as the lab’s fault when they are clearly mis-representing the timeframe it takes for their tests to have results.

Arrived at 9:55pm tonight to ask about COVID testing. The cashier sought the help of a senior associate named "Lacey". Lacey relayed incorrect information through the associate stating "they were out of COVID test kits". This was untrue as the cashier had moments before handed me a COVID test kit, which I rejected because I needed COVID lab testing for an international flight. When I sought out Lacey to explain, she walked away from me as she was turning out the lights in drink cooler and simply said, "The pharmacy is closed and were closed. You'll have to come back tomorrow". She was not the least bit interested helping me. I'll try to CVS tomorrow, because I'm sure not going back there.
