Not surprised by the low rating.One of the bankers, Sandy, was to call me when my mother-in-law’s account was updated. That was a week ago. I have called the branch at least a dozen times. No one will pick up the phone, no ability to leave a message. NO FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Came in to open a new account. This lady told me wait for just a couple minutes and she would be with me. But over 15 minutes on the phone, and she’s still not done. I ended up leaving. Worst customer service ever.

You can't get help without an appointment. But when you schedule the appointment, they will keep cancel it. Try another branch or use Bank of America next door for your banking needs

Walked in with 2 questions about an account I just opened. I was told no one could help me. They said they were short staffed. 28 years and I really am thinking of moving all my accounts.

Read the reviews on this branch when looking for a local WF to deposit a check, but figured how hard could it be. Went through the drive thru to deposit, and a few hours later received a phone call saying they forgot to give me my debit card back. No big deal, however, the employee that called was very rude, asked me to come back to the branch today (not possible), tomorrow (also not possible) and then said "not sure what else we can do to get your card back to you" and hung up on me. I tried calling the branch back immediately to speak with a manager, but there is no way to get in touch with anyone other that an automated system.Hard to believe depositing a check in 2022 can still be such a challenge, but this branch figured it out. Believe the low reviews, even for a simple transation.

In the last year this branched has gone so far down I am about to close all my accounts. I just left without finishing my banking. One teller who has no signature level to deposit. Nobody in the building with signature level. He is calling other branch locations for approval no one is available. What the hell kind of bank wont allow deposits and has nobody that can. Try to use ATM can not see the screen

it said on the website that this branch would closed at 5pm. But I couldn't get any answers for my calls started before 4:30pm. Then I tried Chase Bank cross street and get an immediate answer with my first try. Wow! they are so different in customer service quality!

If I could leave negative stars, I would.Imagine a world where a teller gives you $400 TOO MUCH money on a business transaction, you find it while buying your coffee and TAKE IT BACK. You tell the girl she should be more careful.You get back to work and the service manager calls your place of employment to tell them you were rude and had no business barking orders at the teller when you told them to be more careful amd returned the money.What kind of bank shames people for doing the right thing? I will never use this location again.

Have been a Wells Fargo customer 21 years. Came toThis branch at 4:40 to make a deposit. The teller told me he wasn’t comfortable depositing my check (it’s from my employer of 9 years) as there has been a lot of fraud lately and he cannot pick up the phone and call the bank or company that issued the check to confirm it’s authenticity. I was informed I need to speak to a manager but that none are on site and he recommended I come back another time. Second time in three years I have come to this branch. Both visits were extremely frustrating with the lack of customer service. I went to the branch down the street and deposited the check no questions asked. Do yourself a favor and skip visiting this location!

I am so disgusted with Wells Fargo right now. Your “no interest” period is a scam! There is no warning when you hit me with interest that was over the balance I had left! And then you started charging almost 30% interest after that! I know one bank I will NEVER deal with again. Disgusting!

Very nice banker. Staff is always friendly, there's coffee, good easy location. I like Wells Fargo in general not much else to say.

This place has wonderful customer service. I'm happy I switched my business over to not only Wells Fargo, but to this branch specifically. The customer service here is impeccable!
