My family and I went to pick up our prescriptions. We showed up about 10 minutes before closing. A jogger with his dog ran in front of us to the drive thru window. I did not think walk ups were supposed to be served at the window. By the time he got his prescription, it was 5:59. As soon as we pulled up, the pharmacy tech placed the sign in the window that said the pharmacy was closed. My husband rang the bell, and it was ignored. I went inside and asked to speak the store manager. The cashier told me he was off for the weekend. I asked to speak to whomever was in charge. A man named Felix came out. I shared what had happened and how it was extremely poor customer service. Felix told me the pharmacy tech was Sierra. I expressed again that what had happened was unacceptable and that I would need someone to circle back with me. Bottom line is I will not be filling my prescriptions here any longer.

Pharmacy is very difficult to deal with. Constantly make mistakes. Apathetic. Avoid the headache and go elsewhere.

Construction has left the store a mess. Not sure why employees park so close to the entrance when those spots should be reserved for customers? Spoke to one employee during my visit and she was very rude. There is a reason I always opt to run into the tom thumb across the street... much better service. the walgreens on long prairie and flower mound is the one i usually go to. this past summer they got struck by lightening and didn't have any electricity yet still managed to have better service than this location.

Check the expiration date on your prescriptions before you leave the building. They refuse to refund still sealed medicine that will expire before you are finished with it, even if you return it within minutes of receiving it.

I'm trying to be patient. I need and fit all criteria for Covid booster #3. I got out in a hellacious rainstorm after calling the Walgreens Covid hotline and making an appointment. All your systems said I was good to go. Now I'm standing inside your store, freezing and soaking wet and you said you don't know anything about this. You can look me up in your system that says I'm approved and you say no. If I had lied, like more than a million people before me, this would be OK. I've been patient through this entire Covid nightmare. Until now.

I've only had very positive experiences with the pharmacy here. Kind and professional. They made it super easy for me to transfer prescriptions from my old Walgreens. They actually listen when I have a question or problem. Overall really happy with this team and location!

When we were about 10 minutes away from my moms house for the holidays, I stopped in to grab a few things. I had my two year old daughter with me. About 3 minutes after entering the store, a hard downpour started outside. I had no umbrella or rain jacket for me or my daughter. We were stuck in the store until it let up. The cashier, Kerry, was beyond accommodating. She went out of her way to find old ads to help entertain my daughter with and played with her, which really helped keep her restless mood in check! I am so grateful for her kindness!

You can always depend on Walgreens wherever you go. This is one of the nicest ones I've been in. The store is very clean and in a great neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the third time I have come to get my RX and the pharmacist is not on duty! I got a text that it was ready, I even told the gentleman yesterday I would be picking up in the morning. Not sure why I keep trying to come here other than convenience! Classic poor management at this location!

We have had this location located at 4021 Cross Timbers Rd in Flower Mound make up Memory Books for our High School Golf Team for at least 5 years now. I called gave them a heads up we were about to send our order through and needed 42 books. Once they got our order, they were already processing it as I walked in- an hour after I sent it to just make sure it went through. I placed our order on Friday and we had our Memory Books not only completed by Sunday but they look amazing! The print quality is crazy good. A HUGE shout out to Dawn the Store Manager, Evelyn, Scott and David for making this happen so fast. Any High school making up Memory Books for their team, should most definitely use Walgreens and at this specific location. They go above and beyond helping you out and making sure everything is perfect. We will see all of you again next year! Thank you SO very much!!! Jenny
