Within 10 minutes of opening, the woman working at the Flower Mound location insulted and upset 2 customers in front of a third. She was a snarky mrs know it all who straight up insulted a customer for her lack of knowledge and asked her "how old she was" because she didn't know the definition of a habitat!?!? She corrected me THREE times and straight up told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Her tone was rude when no-one else was. All the ladies, with exception of the worker, maintained poise and integrity. I was so upset after getting in the car my heart was racing. I guarantee the new customer she bold face insulted out loud will not be back. My Husband spends a fortune there; this was my first time going...I am considering finding another place to purchase from after this. I do not appreciate people who think they are better and/or smarter than others OR are so bitter in their lives that they take it out on the people around them.My visit was on Friday 11/18/22 at 10:00am

Buckle up buttercup, because here we go! Here in the digital age we have access to anything you can imagine delivered to our door in the blink of an eye. Well nothing compares to the friendly interactions and knowledgeable service you receive at Wild Birds Unlimited. No matter who assists you, rather it be Miss Linda, Miss Bonnie or any of the staff you will walk away learning something new about our feathered friends. Not only is the service impeccable but the variety of items is astounding, to be a smallish store it is not crowded, items are very well placed. And speaking of items it is simply amazing the number of items they have on hand in store to assist in birding or setting up your garden. Give them a try, it’s worth it, and tell them Ashanti sent you.

Bonnie was super helpful and even gave me some pamphlets on birds that I’m really excited to read. Very knowledgeable about the different types of feeders and the foods different birds like. Definitely an awesome experience I will be back.

My first trip here was nice. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful. They suggested a window bird feeder so we went with that. A month goes by and we continue to have problems with the suction cups on the feeder coming off of the bird feeder (also we never got one single bird to come to it). I went to exchange the bird feeder and was questioned about the suction cups and told they were perfectly fine (this was tested in the store without feed in it…). The employees were condescending and made clear that they thought I was lying. At first I was told they did not do returns and then they said they would check with the manager. I’m not sure why a store would not be able to take a broken item back, but I guess that is their decision. I wanted to support a local business instead of buying a feeder for quite a bit cheaper on Amazon, but unfortunately I won’t be going here again.

The is the neatest store!! Kathryn was so kind and helpful! I’m so thankful to have stumbled upon the store and excited to see what birds come visit our patio. They have so many neat things in the store and have the kindest staff. I cannot wait to go back! ??

Loved my experience at this store! The staff are so friendly and helped me find the right bird seed for my outdoor feeder. The neighborhood doves and sparrows love their food from Wild Birds Unlimited ?

A nice little store filled with anything you could ever want related to wild birds. The best part is the helpful employees. We walked in as total newbies and they helped guide us to what we needed to get started. Our bird feeders attracted an impressive variety of birds from day 1. We got off to a great start thanks to wild birds unlimited, and we keep coming back for the fabulous service!

My birds were not eating my birdseed from the pet store NOR from the hardware store. PICKY birds, I thought! Wild Birds Unlimited told me that often seed sits on store shelves for a long time and it is not good. Bought a new bag - same price - from WBU and I now have happy birds and this big cardinal and his pretty yellowish wife give me joy every day!!
