They credit card machine never work so you have to pay Cash. Every body don't carry cash all the time.

Went in store to request a week extension for my payment. I received a text message from cricket that stated I could extend it along with a previous employee confirming I could do the same. When I informed employee (Andrea C) that I wanted to do so, she gave me a look like I was stupid and told me it was not possible. I told her I got a text from Cricket themselves and was told so by another employee, she still insisted I could not. She then called her manager (who knew just as little as she did) and the manager laughs on the phone and says “I've never heard of that that is not possible.†I tried to explain further, but Miss Andrea CUT ME OFF MID-SENTENCE and said “well this is the store this isn't 611 (customer service). Andrea then proceeded to give me a look like she proved her point and said she could not assist me. I had to literally call customer service over the phone while at the store and they told me it was IN FACT POSSIBLE. So customer service took care of this for me, with no help from the actual store, which is ridiculous. Andrea then informed me I would have to pay a $3 fee, but it's funny because the store on Cooper did not charge me any fees whatsoever. I didn't even feel like arguing with her anymore so I just completed the transaction so I could continue my services. I don't appreciate Andrea acting like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about and she has a very smug attitude. It was obvious she was upset that the rep over the phone proved her to be wrong. I will be contacting corporate for this behavior. If you work in customer service you should be doing just that, servicing the customer. Not blatantly tell the customer they are wrong before even attempting to help. Obviously they need a new manager as well. Corporate will be hearing from me.
