I ordered refill on my RX. I wondered why it was an increase in price, but just chalked it up to inflation. Open the bag and they done gave me some $60 device and not what I ordered. Then the d*** pharmacist (Kathleen) had the nerve to say "well we gave you that because it lasts 90 days". I'm like I don't give AF if it lasts til Jesus comes back, don't give me ish I don't need, charge me $60 for it, and then won't take it back. I really wish they would put Jeffrey back, because these new folks think they can just give you what they want you to have, and that AIN't gone happen with me.

The opening at 1000 on Sunday is getting old. I get a Ovid but move on...you lost a customer today to Dollar General.

They can text you a million times reminding you that you have an appointment for a covid test but can't text you to say your appointment is cancelled. They cancelled and wasn't sure if rescheduling was even going to work as they weren't sure if it would be fixed by then. Made a new appointment at another Cvs waiting in line tortured with pain, nausea, sweats etc for an hour only to be told they couldn't do anything bc forest hill Cvs didn't do their job and cancel the appointment. The whole appointment system is a joke. Needless to say I won't be tested. I will just pray it's not covid and keep it moving. As soon as my fever breaks I'm going back out into the streets

This place is the worst and doesn’t even deserve one star. I dropped my prescription off at 10am this morning and they told me it was going to be 4 hours. Fine. I came back, they said another hour. Again, I came back and it still wasn’t ready. Then repeated again one more time. At this point there was only 1 hour until they closed so I tried calling the store and was on hold for 25 minutes and no one came to the phone. I gave up. If you’re prescriptions are do or die, you’ll definitely die with this Pharmacy. Three months ago I had the same issue, except at the window they told me the wait was over 48 hours so I had a heads up and went elsewhere.

Go to a different location! This pharmacy has zero regard for customers. I placed two refill requests this week through my app and 3 days later, they were still "in process" of being refilled. I called 3 times to try and see what the hold up was and waited 10, 25 and 35 mins on these calls and still never spoke to a person. They are the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I am taking my empty Rx bottles somewhere else even if I have to drive further!

I wonder why they never answer their phone here! I've been calling them every day for a week straight and they just never answer! I even let waited 10 minutes one time!!! I wanted to transfer my father's prescription to this pharmacy. Obviously I won't be doing that since I can't even speak to a person on the phone!

I hate to say this, but the service was horrible. I'm all for great customer service and this service provided was sad. I've been having leg pain and was rushed to the ER. The doctor sent some prescriptions over here. I got here at 1230 pm and was told they didn't have anything for me. I reached out to the ER doctor, and he said have them check their voicemail. I walked back up and said the doctor wanted me to have you guys check the voicemail. She said well I do have 1'and I haven't checked it. Have a seat and I'll let you know soon. I sat down and was called back to the counter where I was told they are still working on yesterday's scripts. I said bye. Long story short go up the street to another one.

The pharmacy staff is rude at times, every time i drop off a prescription or they send one from the Dr. I come by to pick it up the head pharmacist is always fighting with the employees everyone is frustrated and nobody wants to do anything.

Bad customer service in pharmacy. If you are not at people person that job is not for you. It can be alot of work. But at least be customer friendly.
