Please be careful when filling a perception at this pharmacy. I received my medication, but all of the paperwork stapled to the bag was someone else's Name/DOB/Address/Phone Number/Diagnosis and the medication was used to treat Erectile Disfunction. I wrote a letter to CVS corporate privacy department to report this, also to verify if my information was given to someone else, they had the pharmacist at this particular location call me. The pharmacist was very dismissive, and simply said me "No we didn't give your information to someone else." Next told me they would follow up with me to confirm ASAP. It has been two months now. I'm in the process of writing the persons who's privacy has been violented, to make sure they know about this HIPPA violation, and make sure CVS isn't attempting to sweep this under the rug, also report this myself to the appropriate agency. This could be a life long problem for the other person and myself.

We got a very good and kind person, his name is Reggier, he was always with a smile, he helped me take a picture of my daughter for the passport and he was very patient, actions like that make customers fell comfortable ?:).

There’s a reason this store has such low reviews. They’re literally chilling in the damn pharmacy and ignoring the drive thru. I’ve been sitting here for 25 minutes, and yet they can’t come to the window ?! Cause they’re THAT busy? With NO ONE in line. Yeah okay. Send your meds elsewhere this place ain’t worth it.

This place is extremely slow. I’ve picked up several prescriptions here and it’s always the same. The staff has to look all over for prescriptions that are ready. I’ve never been to a CVS this slow. The only plus for me is that it’s so close to my home.

Worst CVS ever! The line takes FOREVER and going in takes just as long. I just sat in the like for basically 40 minutes to be told my medicine was not ready yet. And when I told the girl that it sent me a text saying it was ready she snapped back with an attitude saying they don't send out the messages so it's not their fault. And I can loop back around and try again. It MIGHT be ready....

Literally in line right now they have one person on the register with no help. Makes no sense. Line around the corner. The other ladies just looking. For goodness sake stop what you’re doing help the young lady so the line can go by faster. ??♂️ unacceptable!

Don't come to this CVS unless you want to be verbally assaulted and accosted. I came in to exchange a pickup order and within 10 seconds in the store was harassed by who I presume to be a manager who was a heavy set short Mexican gentleman. He told me over and over that I was stealing by the makeup counter. I told him how is that possible when I have the receipt on my phone in hand and the CVS bag that was given to me 2 days ago for my pickup order. Nonetheless, I just walked in the store literally 10 seconds ago and just wanted to pick out my new color before approaching the counter. He took my bag from me and I guess once he realized the mistake he says "We are just trying to protect our merchandise" No apology from this employee. I got in my car and cried because I had never dealt with so much prejudice in my life.

This pharmacy must have a new pharmacy manager! The line is faster and they actually pick up the phone.. time to transfer all my prescriptions here from the other brand pharmacy. The well trained technician Jazz greeted me and even speak to me in Spanish in a professional manner. Got my FLU Shot there as well and Ngan the pharmacist recommended me more shots that we were available for $0 dollars from my insurance.. Thank you CVS at Forest Hill!!
