The Discount Tires in Forest Hill,Wednesday December 27 @ about 5:20pm my have a Kia Sportage. She had a nail on 2 tires both on the passenger side. First they told her it will 2 hours before they can get to her.I told to stay cause that's a lie, they not going to wait that long. So she told him she going to wait, less then 6 minutes she was in .know he tell her ..I can try to find you some discounted tires...instead of looking and checking to see that my tires was all under warranty...So Friday I took her car to Discount tires off 20 and Greater South West in Grand Prairie...were they done it right the first time and the tire that was warranty I only paid 27.00. Instead of them trying to sale me a tires that was under warranty. I ask what was his name ,she just no he was a tall white man. NEED TO BE RETRAINED, instead of trying to go home .(lying to customers )
