I’ve been here twice and the only reason they received two stars is because the employees that serviced me were nice. My toes the first time around weren’t as bad as these, but I’m very disappointed in spending 50$ for this. The guy who does my toes doesn’t polish, so the ladies who did the polishing need to be unemployed for this work! What is this!? It really looks like a child painted my toes. No, I’m not going back to complain or have them polished again, but I did decide to blast y’all in the reviews because people need to see what I experienced and try your services at their own risk! I really wanted to love this place because it’s close to my house, but back to Arlington it is. 🤷🏻♀️

They were rude the work they did was not worth the price.
I bought my daughter there to get her nails done. The texh told my daughter that I was crazy mind you my daughter is 10.. customer service is a 0 ....the price that they charged was not worth it.. the nails looked like a kid did them

Come to do foot nails. $35. They wanted to upgrade to $45. That was fine. But then lady said she don’t do nails. To cut the nails better to give her more money. What is she doing here if she doesn’t do nails? I just wondering.

They are rude!!! Never enough nail techs. I used to come many years ago. I stop because of these reasons and more. I stop by today, because I need a pedicure for 2 because we’re going out of town(short notice on trip. Didn’t have time to go to the one I replaced them with. However it’s still the same and worse!! You can sign in if one of their tech want to do only certain work they will skip over you & go to next client … IWe waited 2 hours for available service!! It’s Sunday.. Not that many shops opened today!! Awful service, over priced for service

I tried this place for the first time today due to their reviews but I was instantly reminded why I don’t come to nail salons anymore. Their customer service was piss poor. Instantly felt unwelcome! I asked for white gel polish with acrylic on my big toes…They proceeded to paint all of them instead. At that point I was over it and let them
Do their own thing. I simply do not recommend unless you’re already a valued customer. Noticed they treat you a little differently if they know your face…Sucks to be a first time customer!!!

They have horrible customer service. It is the day before Thanksgiving and the shop is empty. The head lady who sits behind the area where you pay asked me what I needed. I told her that I just needed a design on my nails. She proceeds to tell me it’s 15 per nail. So I decide on a cheaper design which was 10 per nail. She finishes one nail in 2 minutes. I’m like, I’m sorry but I really don’t like it. Instead of her trying again because it was only diamonds, she says and I quote, “Well you can take off and go to your nail shop to get it done”, and she roughly whips the diamonds off because again they had not set. I told her that this is the reason you guys are loosing so much business. Your customer service sucks and you expect me to spend my hard earned money on what you want me to have instead of what I asked for. I will never spend my money at this place again. As I’m walking out an old man walks in and asked if he could just get his finger nails clipped. She proceeds to tell him $65. They are a complete rip off and it shows in their work.

I do not recommend coming here because my experience here was trash they messed me and my mom's nails up twice they weren't able to get the job done. I could barely understand them and they just couldn't do it right and the prices weren't worth it.
