Called to get a quote on alignment and the guy answered but continue to talking to the girl he was with at the shop . I kept saying hello but was completely ignored while he was was talking to the girl next to him about liking this girl and introduced her to his parents . None of this was professional I’m not even gonna risk taking my car there . The conversation the guy was having with the girl was inappropriate for work hours . ( Nov 9 , 12:41 pm was the call )

Traveling from Houston to Oregon we picked up a screw in our tire. Not being familiar with the area and a bit nervous nerves we found Peak Performance and limped in hoping they could help. My new best friend Raja came to the counter, greeted us with a smile and said he could help. 20 minutes later we were back on the road and in high spirits having paid an AMAZING price. Unbelievable and rare kindness from Raja. Will always remember Peak Performance as “the kindest guys to do business with”. Thanks Raja!!!!!

This is the best place to get all your automotive repairs done. Very honest and transparent. Great price. They will get you what you want or what you need. They will always be honest about the parts they will order for you. They will tell you the risks of ordering cheaper parts. No matter how far you have to drive. This place is better than your local dealership repair shop. I’ve had different work done and I continuously recommend people to go here. Great team of mechanics who know what they are doing. You will not be disappointed. They literally do bumper to bumper repairs and general maintenance. Do you need a tune up? Come to these guys. You will be glad you did. I am not ever getting paid for this review. I am just so impressed by the work they’ve done for me, I feel like everyone would benefit from using their services.

Unfortunately I brought my car in for suspension work after running up a curb. They charge me $1200 to repair a wheel bearing , 2 struts ( i probably didn’t even need) , sway bar links, and alignment + labor. I pick up my car 3 days later and it wasn’t fixed. I bring my car back the next morning and a mechanic says they’ll look at it again for me.I call later to ask if there’s any progress and he informs me it’s probably a frame issue. I finally went to a trusted mechanic a family member recommended and it took him 5 minutes to see my spindle and lower control arm were the issue. Thanks but no thanks for the help abdul.

Great customer service, they are one of the only auto shops that answer phone calls and I told them my car details and they didn’t make feel slow for not knowing everything about my car.. made the process very simple and honestly as a black customer I didn’t feel any discrimination or lack of communication from their team members. Also more places should be open 7 days a week like them because car broke down Saturday night and I didn’t have to wait till Monday

These bozos were supposed to replace my footwell module and replaced it with an aftermarket module that completely destroyed the program. Drivers Edge wouldn't touch it and Bimmers Only quoted me 7K. DO NOT let Elijah near your car!!!!
