Today was the first time I had a problem with my local store I went in to get my check and the woman and counter was acting so weird and asked me am I picking up a check for another person cause my daughter also picked up a check and me with high blood pressure I needed to get back in my car and she was so slow looking at paper to make sure checks are mine I almost went off but everyone there is almost new it’s not the same at all , I’ll go back to my old store even if I have to drive longer ! 8-25-25

UPDATE. 🚨🚨 AFTER MY COMMENT WAS TAKEN DOWN!! I JUST WANT TO SAY I AM GLAD I NO LONGER WORK FOR PLS. THIS COMPANY US FULL OF IT, SM, DMs and DOs care more about being right then appreciating there employees 🚨🚨
I am a previos employee of this location for over 5 years. I want to start by acknowledging the Shift Supervisors and the CSRs who dispute being short staff they give there hearts out when working. Many times skip lunch because we are so busy we just can’t get off our windows. The one star is for the POOR management of this store. Management was sooo desperate to have a SM at this location that they fell to give proper SM training and issued this position to a SM who 1. Is unable to manage a store . 2 .who shows NO leadership 3. Who finds any excuse to be in the back and DOES NOT prioritize customer first (Knowing we may only have 2-3 windows open and line can to be the ATMs) 4. Who has no sense of urgency and many more things that have already been brought up to DM, WHO HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT THE SITUATION. This store will go from being a high performance store within its region, to the total opposite, if nothing is Done. I hope action is done and proper training is provided to continue to be the High performance store that WE ARE! Good luck to our hard working girls!!! Shifts and CSRs 🫶

I went to cash my check today and whoever was at the window was so rude and was looking at me like I'm crazy and questioning where I get that check and looking at me crazy unprofessional with costumes servers. If she don't want to work stay at home please and fix that face too cuz you are not that cute to be talking smart with costumes
