We needed to change rooms three times. First one shower didn't work. Second one air didn't work. Third one uad strobe light for bathroom and mold growing in n the AC unit. The person behind the desk was apologetic about the first two rooms We didnt bother complaining about the third. CHECK THE AC UNIT IN YOUR ROOM FOR MOLD.

We encountered a slight issue in the beginning, but the management team resolved it immediately and everything was excellent after that. Staff very friendly.

I didn’t even stay at this dump, and I still regret booking it for my mother-in-law. The second I walked in to check her in, I knew it was a mistake. The front desk attendant was cowering behind bulletproof glass, which should’ve been my first red flag—like, what kind of clientele are they expecting? Then they demanded a $75 deposit, probably because their guests are the type to smash furniture or worse. The room? It reeked of mold and desperation, like a swamp had moved indoors. I took one whiff, saw the grimy walls, and couldn’t get out fast enough. No way was I leaving her there; I’d never forgive myself.
We bailed and went next door to the Hampton Inn instead. Night and day difference—clean, safe, and the staff actually smiled like they weren’t afraid for their lives. Do yourself a favor and skip this cesspit entirely. The Hampton’s worth every penny for peace of mind alone.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to me and my handicap wife. We booked a handicap room. The room had plenty of room for my wife to roll around freely with her wheelchair. The bed had been lowered to accommodate sliding my wife from her chair to the bed. All other hotels we have stayed in, the beds are too high to slide her over. Chairs had been lowered to accommodate her. The bathroom was a true roll in shower. The bed was very comfortable. This hotel gets a ?. Nice job. We will be back.

Was nervous to stay here after all the reviews I read but had a pleasant experience! Hotel right off the interstate and close to restaurants. Location is a little rough but not too bad. The hotel is a littler older but the rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms. Front desk workers were very nice and fast. Great price!

Having stayed at many Choice hotel brands over the years this location is lacking. Positives: Staff was friendly, beds were super comfortable, location was convenient.Negatives: The nightstand had sticky rings left over from someone's drinks, the shower was not properly cleaned, having hair left behind by other guests (both kinds, if you must know). One of our rooms smelled like mildew.The breakfast (except for the waffles) was SAD. Nothing in the fridge but butter. (Their standard is cream cheese, yogurt, hard boiled eggs). Only three pieces of white bread toast in the bread box. (Their standard is danishes, muffins, white bread, wheat bread, bagels)..The eggs in the warmer were literally plasticized and cold. The sausage was the usual frozen greasy patties - which would have been fine, but were also cold. The fresh fruit was non existent. One very sad banana (their standard is oranges, apples and bananas). We asked if there was anything else available and the lady said no, she had ordered danishes but they "didn't send enough". That doesn't explain all the rest of the missing items.Choice brands are a "budget brand" - I am not expecting a 4 or 5 star experience, but a clean and comfy bed (yes!) a clean bathroom (nope) and a decent basic continental breakfast (nope).

I had a very good experience with Quality Inn the place was in great shape, rooms were clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Jenett was the best she's very friendly with a good heart. I would say my stay was great. Thank you all. God bless..
