The LED lights went out on our big screen tv (70" flat screen). We could hear it but there was no picture. As you know... Football season is approaching and we couldn't afford to just run out and get another TV this size. But Simpson's was able to diagnose/repair it for way less and we paid $50 down and the rest at pick up. It took them a week because they had to order the specific lights for our TV. But now... It's good as new. Highly recommend!

Had the decision to either buy a new one or fix the one I had due to screen flashing so long story short went with Simpsons to fix it and glad I did they took care of me, saved about $250 vs buying a new one & they have great customer service!

Got my TV repaired and it is working great. The speakers were screwed up, and now they sound great again. Awesome price and professional customer service.
