We got here and saw multiple ladies of the evening in the parking lot seemingly waiting on their “dates”. As soon as we walked in the lobby smelled like weed. The guy behind the desk seemed bothered and annoyed by us checking in, but did so fairly quickly. After we checked in and went through the second door the smell of weed smoke was even stronger, which was ironic because there was a sign in the hallway that said “No smoking in public areas”. When we had booked the hotel it said the whole hotel was nonsmoking, so that surprised us. We went into our room and at first that still smelled clean, but eventually the smell of weed crept into our room too. It was overpowering and we thought about leaving but by this point it was 1am. The counters had burn marks and were missing chunks of laminate. There was a hole someone had punched in the bathroom door that we guess was to get out because the door handle was broken and took several minutes of messing with it to get out of the bathroom. The stove top was dirty. There were what looked like boogers on the wall. The mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. We left to get dinner and when we came back even more scantily clad women were standing in the parking lot, one even directly in front of the front door. There were no dishes or cooking utensils so that you could use the kitchen, but they would rent them to you for $35 per day according to the sign at the front desk.

I stayed here for almost two years out was very peaceful the majority of the time… The rooms were nice and clean no pest issues and if anything didn’t work they came immediately.:: One thing I loved the most was the the staff they were very polite and helpful always greeted with a smile…

Front desk was very nice. Room 312 had roaches. We cancelled our two night stay shortly after getting to our room and finding the bugs. It also had a Smokey old smell to it. Seems like they have people living there long term.

We booked over phone after our other hotel double booked we talked to corporate. They said it was a room available. We drove to this hotel at like 2 AM only to find out that they were fully booked as well. They weren’t able to find a resolution or anything which is really disheartening since we were driving around Memorial Day weekend at 2 AM I would’ve thought corporate would’ve been able to see what rooms were available, especially after taking my card information and everything over the phone. It was very unprofessional not a good deal.

Great service and rooms overall. Air Conditioner ran water in the floor for 5 nights. No one cleaned the room or changed the sheet for 5 days. Had to take trash out and get towels at the desk for 5 days. I went down the street to Scottish for brand new rooms and cheaper prices.

My shower was backed up, and my comforter had blood or feces on it, i found some hair under my covers, and these little bae bae kids was outside beating a pipe on the building. I thought i was on the block where da trap house was. It was a bunch of zombies walking around

Woodspring is absolutely a horrible place to stay. First of the management was rude, and uncaring. Second the property was filthy. The rooms disgusting. My wife and I looked for a extended stay hotel. We ended up here. We tried to exchange our sheets and towels Out to get clean ones. But we're refused. So we had to wash our own. We are people that stay to ourself and not cause problems, but this place only cares about money!! They even told us we had to check out, no reason at all that we knew about. Except my check was delayed. But managed to get the money to pay them. The next day we were told to check out. And when we were not moving fast enough, they called the police. Trust me this place is horrible, please dont stay here. And just like the other reviews, I can verify that the drug use is definitely a smell that is all around inside and out!!! But they chose to pick on me and my disabled wife!!! We paid on time , kept to ourselves, but yet they told us we had to leave. Trust me, that ended up being a blessing. Woodspring is horrible!!!! Especially management. And it's so dirty, our outcome is so much better now at our new place. Again don't stay here. You will regret it!!!

Moist and disrespectful. Also they deleted my review because they know their in the wrong management doesn’t care about the noisy kids outside being disrespectful and taking up all the parking spots not moving sitting there like they own the place lucky they kids.

Not a bad location but recent visit was bad due to the fact that trying to get my car to left in room God would not answer phone for 3 hours another person that supposedly a maintenance I find them he says he can't help 5 minutes later pops up saying he can open the door with whatever. The other person that supposedly answers the phone calls me at 6:30 in the morning. And that's it's own folly. Next night dryer machine got me. On positive note the night guy that didn't answer the phone and drive my clothes for me in the laundry but the guy that gave me the way into the room came and was having an attitude after I apologize for having to knock on his door long story short good place to a degree it was all good as long as I kept to myselfRooms: They allow you to check the room I advise you to do so. Last stay had no phone bad tv lighting in room out here and there. Room 328Safety: Some folk were friendly.Noteworthy details: My 6th time wasn't good but 1 out of 6 will not keep me away. So check them out I go thru AAA.

Very poor customer service. Was refused a room after I had already booked and paid online. Was told by the person working at night that I needed to get a refund because he was not going to check me in. When I contacted the online company about a refund, the hotel refused to give me my money back. So basically scammed me out of $115. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great room but mostly wonderful service. The folks at the front desk are always so helpful. Also, it always smells so good! Added benefit lol. Great place to stay long term or short term.
