The one (1) star for ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service directed to the older seemingly racist Caucasian woman working last Fri on May 3, 2024 apprx noon day. She clearly treats minority appearing customers differently- by observation. (She is either very prejudice, crabby, angry at life etc..ALL CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON YOU HAVE MONEY TO COUNT! RESPECT ALL CUSTOMERS!) Instead, She RUDELY YELLED that she couldn’t direct a customer to find an item in store because she was BUSY counting money! When customer said “well I am in a hurry so I just asked you where to look for item - this employee yelled again!“She was behind counter counting money there was No Other associate in sight- at noon time mind you.

Food always stale and not fresh. Someone has to buy all the old food before they make fresh food... i ask the cashier when was the fresh pizza coming out he replied by saying its pizza out there.. he looked at the mangers and they refused to make anymore.. i told them i wanted pepperoni bc it was not out there the guy finally said itll be 5 mins .. i told him okay.. i stood there and all of a sudden he said we dont elhave pepperoni.. we only have cheese i said okay i take that . He got frustrated and said we dont have cheese.. i said so you telling me you have no more pizza at all .. or yall just dont want to make it.. to lazy to be a brand new store i will be calling the 711 complaint hotline (Large Big Bite - Meat)

Went in this morning and was helped. I can't remember the lady's but she was African American with short hair. She was very patient with me and helped me when I was having trouble with my card.

This lady here is so dam rude with terrible customer service.. I hate I live so close to this store and can’t call this store my home store that I would love to spend a dollar at… I asked for the manager and they say she is one… omg. Worst store I have ever visited in my life.

This is the worst 7 eleven ever!!!! The iced coffee machine is never working and they have been out of gas for tge past few days. Also, the way that they house their cups is very unsanitary. This place needs help.

Went in and couldn't believe my eyes......place was busy and dirty and they needed help, yet I saw employees just jabbering and smoking outside while the one and I mean one person handling a busy register.I asked them if they could help and was blown off like I was bothering them. I quit coming to this store because the competition down the street is way nicer. There used to be a nice manager here and a guy that worked at night that were on it. What happened to them?This is the last time I come here period. And attitudes here are going to have to change especially with the one with glasses who purposely put her hand over her name tag.
