Never clean. Workers look at you with an attitude when you check out they don't even talk. Slurpee machine not working half the time. No napkins out ever.

Dirty store stuff everywhere mop bucket filled with nasty water and broom right under the atm I don’t even feel comfortable to get close enough to use the atm. I asked them if they can move the stuff and mess to other side of the store a while back but put it back and they leave it out with the customers. I wish the store was cleaner unfortunately I have to go to another store it’s sad because I want to like this store because it’s closest to my home . I don’t want to keep bothering them to move it out the way and keep bugging them about keeping the store clean every time I come that’s not my place to do that especially all the time , so I’m afraid I’ll need to go to another store . I feel like these mops and buckets and dirty water shouldn’t be out and around the customers they should be able to put it around the back or somewhere else. Also the restroom is flooded another customer just confirmed it as well flooded restroom

Bathroom was clean but I drive all over the Dallas metroplex and this location charged for a cup of ice and doesn’t have water in the soda machine available which every other location offers.

The morning and mid day shift have excellent customer service most of the time. I don't like stopping by the store in the evening and night shift. Tonight the young man and young lady that worked were rude. I asked for some some cheese to go on my pizza. The young man said that the store doesn't carry that. The young lady works on different shifts all she does is throw the food in the trash, but you never see her put anything new out. This has to get better, why is there not a variety of food out at night?

States they are open 24 hours. They are not. Really needed the facilities after being on the road delivering with no other facilities available.

This 7-Eleven Store is exceptional in terms of their varieties of products that meet the needs of every customer that enters this store. This store has high levels of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, store appearance and positive trust between staff members and all customers. Great Store!!!!!!!

When I tell you they need to better this one location. Workers. The lady in there act like I asked a life or death about the wings. She was very rude with her speech about No wings are ready. And my Husband didn't buy those wings there Comment. It's too early and my manager would have a fit. Okay so I came to the 7 elevenon80 and Thank You they serviced better
