Surrounding areas are filthy .Piles of trash getting to the store & their garbage cans are always overflowing.Went in a few days ago & saw a mouse run past the back door. Knew they were in the field but yuck. Hate that this is the only neighborhood store in walking distance.

I went into this 7-11 store yesterday to get money off my card at the ATM and to break the one of my $20 dollar bill I got out of the ATM my dad told me to just buy some gum to break the $20 dollar bill , I was looking around the store to find the gum couldn’t find it I saw a lady that worked there she was wearing glasses I asked her where was the gum located she just pointed in a direction to where I didn’t know where the gun was so I had to end up finding it on my own. She was very rude and even my dad told me I’m about her when we first walked in the store so I knew she was something else. I ended up riding my gum which was like $1.98 I I stood in line then as I approached the cashier I had paid for my gum with my $20 bill mine you while I was up there. I was trying to press receipt, but it never Did anything so I was assuming the cashier was going to give me my receipt but he didn’t so he ended up giving me my change back and I had grabbed my gum. Long story short, the lady with the glasses thought I didn’t pay for the gum because I ended up walking out of the store and she was trying to stop me and She was accusing me of stealing $1.98 gum And I had to go back in the store and I had to tell her that I had checked out with the guy and the guy was like yeah I checked her out. This is ridiculous and $1.98 with of gum Stop being racist and assume that every black person steals !!! Y’all are so unprofessional get better at yall job Definitely calling corporate

Review is not for the employees or store , the men are nice , always pleasant. The women can be kinda rude .
The two stars are for having a location within walking distance. But this parking lot & their clothes donation bin is ruining the subdivision. They are infested with RATS. Walking by the field is traumatizing because they literally are taking over that part of the parking lot plus the tons of garbage around the stores bins , pumps . Just pretty disgusting seeing this is a newer store. They’ve had the same fly traps that are full and brown still hanging on the door. Wish there was a story nearby that was clean. Makes me question how clean there food is . (Saw the Hispanic man pulling hot dogs from the refrigerator by the grill station without gloves)

Terrible customer service. I used the 7 eleven app to pay for my items and it went through. The ey accused me of stealing the items when I clearly had a receipt showing my transaction. Luckily corporate helped me sort the problem out. The Indian lady and Hispanic old guy need a lesson on customer service. Terrible.

I work for DoorDash and this place is bad business for DoorDash customers and drivers I went to 3 different locations because the address on RF as a Dasher doesn't have a real address I had to go to a different 711 after calling support and being told what to do and I followed their instructions and the other 711 that held me a customer came in and told me that I had to go to Clements he said he did 10000 deliveries and he told me that I had to go to this specific location because that's where the order came from upon arriving they canceled the order and looked at me like I was crazy and told me that they didn't have the dude that just ordered from them so me as the driver I got screwed and also the client who ordered he got screwed
