I went in at approximately 10 pm on 1/13/2026 to pick up a door dash order. I kindly asked the clerk if there was anything substituted, he said he didn't understand. So I was describing what that meant all of a sudden he rips the bag out of my hands and told me to get out of the store. I didn't get mad, I just left and called door dash support and had this location blocked so I wont recieve orders from here any more!

The owners of this 7-Eleven speak to and treat customers in a rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable way, especially toward the very community that keeps their doors open. I have zero tolerance for that. Do not even bother stopping here. Don’t spend your hard-earned money with people who clearly don’t respect you or your community. I will never spend another dollar at this location. I’d rather risk running out of gas and drive to QuikTrip or Buc-ee’s instead.

Refused to honor the deal for monsters that was on the shelf not coming back the deal was still on the shelves but they didn't honor it and I'm the one who got them to start selling the monster nitro and have spent probably hundreds on that exact flavor with this specific store it's been the same price for at least 3 months now that they changed it they've lost a customer as the only reason I went here was that deal and that specific flavor of monster as it's extremely difficult to find

only reason i left 1 star is because i had to.. the lack of customer service is unreal. there’s a lady there that clearly needs an attitude adjustment and if you tell her “i hope your day gets better” they consider it arguing and say they’ll call the police.. i do warn other to be cautious because as we all know the “ill call they police” line can turn bad when you’re honestly just trying to enjoy your day.. stay safe out here!

Where do I even start? This is easily one of the worst 7-Eleven locations I've ever visited. The store was absolutely terrible the employees that was working there was very rude and prejudging. People always come warm up they food inside the 7/11 one of my coworkers paid for some sauce to put on his nachos that he brought in. Well the employees assume he didn’t pay for it and was using it for free. The guy didn’t speak English so he was confused. I tried explaining to the store clerk that the guy did nothing wrong and didn’t speak English but the employee was rude to me also. He told everyone to leave the store after that. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. It's a shame that a well-known chain lets one of its locations fall so far below basic standards. 1.5 star rating for me ✌️

As a business owner myself, I take great pride in customer service and respect, which is why I felt the need to leave this review. Unfortunately, my experience at this 7-Eleven was extremely disappointing. The owner and his wife (or possibly an associate) treated customers in a manner that was outright rude and unacceptable.
This type of behavior is not fair to the community that faithfully supports their store. Respect and kindness should always come first in customer service, especially in a neighborhood business. I truly hope they reflect on this and make positive changes, because the community deserves better.

Avoid using the 7-11 mobile app to pay here. It registered me at the one, on the opposite side of town. Employee acted like it was a normal.. No biggie, pay in person and message cust care on the app. After several messages, the Cust care manager ghosted me after I requested a refund. I ended up disputing it with my c.c. provider.
Other than that, good employees, and a typical 7-11 experience as usual.
Oh, and gas prices are high. That'll change once CostCo gets in.

Probably the best 7/11 I've ever been to. And it's amazing to have the privilege to live right next to it.
I haven't traveled very much, but gas station stops are typically a dread, this place feels more like a community center than a gas station haha.
Anyone complaining about this station is out of their mind!

I stopped in at 9:00 to get gas and use the restroom and they had it closed for cleaning. At 9:00 seems late in the morning to clean a restroom. Not only that it didn't look like anyone was actually in their cleaning they were just talking all at the cash register.
Also several of the pumps had credit card issues and error messages that prevented you from using those pumps.
